BOBBY AND VANESSA MALONE 403 S COMMERCE, ALLEN OKLAHOMA
Bobby and Vanessa had been good at paying their rent up until we evicted his mother from her home for non-payment of rent. We found out that his mother and sisters were living with them and they also had a dog. Both of which were violations of their lease agreement. After they were informed that his mother and the dog would have to go they did not pay their rent. Instead we received a call toward the end of the month that they were moving out and he treatened us with an attorney IF he did not get back his deposit. Left owing one month rent. House was not cleaned. Damage to the windows and screens and kitchen stove, front storm door. Outside storage unit was full of dead maggots and trash. Trash outside of home.
DO NOT RENT TO DANA DEATHERAGE 307 S DENVER, ALLEN, OKLAHOMA
Dana would not pay her rent, she kept giving us the run around and sob stories. The day she said she would pay, we would show up and she wouldn’t be home. We would call her and she would give us another story. After many attempts to collect back and current rent we finally evicted her. Gave her a deadline and she did not meet it. Verbally told her to be out within 48 hours or we would get the sherriff and move her out ourselves. She owed 3 months rent. Left the house trashed and damaged. Broken windows and screens and a large hole in one bedroom floor. Also left trash, bikes and an old couch out side. Lots of people at house all the time and lots of drinking.
DO NOT RENT TO ROBERT AND ADRE’ANNE (PIERCE) FIGUEROA, 704 E LEE, ALLEN OKLAHOMA
These tenants started moving out in the middle of the night. We found out by another tenant and we called to find out what was going on. Robert claimed they were only going to help his mother over the weekend because family was coming in. They continued to move out without informing us and finally Adre’Anne called to say they would have everything out and cleaned by the 14th. Gave them 5 days to clear out. They left trash bags filled with trash in the house and trash in other areas of the house. The water in the utility room was left on where they had taken out the washer. Trash all over the utility room. They took the air conditioners from the windows and did not clean up the spray insulation they used to seal them up. They took items that did not belong to them, moved out oweing 3 1/2 months rent plus security deposit (since they did not do the repairs needed and agreed upon in lieu of the deposit). Left a large hole in one wall, used rivits as nails in the walls of the living room which left large holes, put tacks all over walls in one bedroom and I mean lots of tacks. Looked like an entire box was stuck into the wall. Windows and screens broken. Removed the storm door from the front door and leaned it up against the house. They also did not turn in the key to the house. One drawer in bathroom FULL of used q-tips. We gave them a payment plan but they didn’t pay. Did not leave a forwarding address. Utilities were cut off for non-payment several times. Electric was cut off AFTER move-out for non-payment. We have the cut-off notice in their file.
