I’m reporting my ex landlord Ms. Carmen Castro that no longer own property in Newark, NJ, due she has people to be the super for her and refuse to pay them and will not deduct off the tenants rent, she stole monies form section 8 Newark Housing Authority for six months and from her two tenants and never paid a bill not her mortgage nor the water bill, she tried to make me and my family lose our section 8 in Newark NJ, and i have a disabled sister that i take care of I’m a care giver, and section 8 in Newark NJ is allowing her and her girlfriend Lauren hudock whom also works for Newark Housing, to sabotage me and my family., Ms. Castro owes me 13,500.00 for the past three years of keeping up her property. this is a bad land lord and a big liar, she also works for housing.
KENNETH ERIC BAKER JR A LAWYER AND A BAD PERSON
KENNETH ERIC BAKER JR ALSO KNOWN AS ERIC BAKER rented my home from my property management WESTVIEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. He left without paying the rent and trashed my home at the estimated cost of $18,000 plus. He has 10 kids that were being raised in a home with feces from dogs, cats, rats and humans. The trash is so bad that rats have taken over the home. I can not do justice to the extent of damage. My property manager apparently never ran a credit check or else he would have known that Kenneth had not only been banned from practicing law in Texas but he has not paid child support, did not pay off his student loans and has 2 liens against him. Not to mention numerous other infractions. To think he practices law in California.
Per the lease, Michele was allowed one dog at the unit. On at least one occassion, there was another dog heard, and a reliable neighbor reported that she typically had up to 5 dogs at the unit. Upon moving out, numerous damage was found. The living room and master bedroom carpets/padding were completely covered with animal urine. There was also burn damage (which Michele attempted to disguise with a different colored carpet) to the padding (perhaps a candle?) Additionally, the garage floor was covered with dog urine and some feces...the smell was overwhleming. The unit was also infested with fleas. This is just the worst of other numerous, minor damges (i.e., scratches on the front door due to her dogs, etc...). Michele also used her deposit (which the landlord did not get paid in full until 6 months into the lease) for her last’s month rent, thus breaking the lease and leaving the landlord with no monetary means of covering the damages done by her and her pets. She also paid rent late at least twice in 8 months. The unit was spotless and only a year old when she moved in. This unit was located in Knoxville, TN. I believe that Michele has since moved to Florida.
