Do not rent from these apts they are nasty, nothing ever gets fixed the maintence man is smart butt and gets in the womans face when their bf or husbands are not home. Drug dealers live their. Living for Life/ oak tree apts off morganton rd in Maryville, TN
Tenant hasn’t paid in 3 months, but won’t leave!
My tenant, Jack Hamer, *was* a family friend, so I assumed (wrongly) that he wouldn’t attempt to take advantage of the fact that I live 3000 miles away, among other things. He hasn’t paid me in 3 months, hung up on my when I tried to talk to him about it, and then when I finally reached him over the phone, said “I don’t care, take me to court!” when I suggested that I would hire an attorney to have him evicted. He believes he has a legal leg to stand on because he’s old and has some medical issues, despite the fact that he hasn’t paid me in 3 months, and he truly doesn’t care because he has no money (I found out recently). I’m 8 months pregnant and live across the United States - he is a criminal and is happily taking advantage of the fact that my mother is lonely and is too nice to tell him to get lost!
