This landlord is worthless, heartless, and greedy. His house is old and falling apart. God don’t like ugly and he sure is ugly. Cleveland 110th. Do not rent. Roaches that will not go away. Spider filled basement, leaky pipes. The tenants do more work on his house than he does.

We have experienced some really tough times with bounced checks, late fees and now finally a walk out without giving notice. These guys have financial trouble, spend more than they earn, and prioritize on rent as the last payment they wish to pay. There’s always a reason for not paying or the check bouncing. Not being able to keep the jobs is a telling story, and we are glad to get them an eviction notice to remove them from our apartment buildings once and for all.
They generally rent in the Chicagoland area in the Western Suburbs. Hope that they learn their lessons and do not become the type that always has an excuse/reason for not paying on time, and then not having the late fees to pay the full amounts every 2-3 months. Arguments from Peony are beyond reason and it is always selective memory.
Please avoid them as tenants for another 10 years, until they learn their lessons the hard way and improve! Wish them the best, but for now, AVOID!
