deadbeat tenants

s. Ledesna & S. Ottey both work and refuse to pay their rent of $435 of which $965 is covered by section 8. They have not paid any rent since May 2011. They are big time deadbeat tenants. Why should the landlords be forced to keep deadbeats in their home. Why should landlords be forced to provide these dead beats with services. The landlords should be allowed to kick these deadbeats out to the curb. What is this world coming to when healthy men and women continute to suck the system dry of resources that they truly do not need. SHAME ON YOU for lying to the judge during your most recent holdover court date, SHAME on you for lying to the welfare agencies. How can you walk with your head held high knowing that you are dishonest people. The community will learn of your dishonesty. You are suppose to be an role model for your children, shame, shame, shame on you!

NICK AND JULIE ROGERS CHCH NZ

Warning do not trust these landlords,there names are nick and julie rogers they are totally heartless and two faced,during the recent earthquakes we were treated appalingly by these people heed this warning as I am not the only one,their company name is NJN Investments Ltd,they are totally pre occupied with money and do not care about people trust me.

This landlord is worthless, heartless, and greedy. His house is old and falling apart. God don’t like ugly and he sure is ugly. Cleveland 110th. Do not rent. Roaches that will not go away. Spider filled basement, leaky pipes. The tenants do more work on his house than he does.  cool grin
