Do not rent from this landlord.  He is crappy and will not repair anything.  He will come out and check your appliances, plumbling, etc and then tell you it is working fine.
My refrigerator has been broken for 9 days and he has not repaired it.  I cannot keep any food except in the freezer.  He continues to say he checked it and it works.
I bought a thermometer and it reads 60 degrees.  My food has spoiled. He called me a nag and hung up on me and will not return my phone calls.

I’ve lived here for five years and this year that worst. The wrong landlord can you make lose hope in people and that’s exactly what has happened here. I lived here for 5 years and have been always told that if I get rent in before the 6th I was fine. Well, they want money from me and force me out so all of a sudden the rule has changed with no notification so now I owe 300 dollars to them for nothing. Also, our apartment has mold, ceiling water damage and two non-working toilets. My fiance and I have to use the gas station. They never come, they don’t care, and they treat us awfully. I once called them crying begging for them to come and they didn’t. They lie all of the time. Be weary of that. Record everything. You will need it.

Hi, I am a mother to five beautiful children, so what I am about to tell you is the TRUTH!!! Well this is my second post, my first as erased by my two year old, by the touch of the mouse. So long story short, This woman likes to file for eviction after eviction. It does not matter if you are one day late on rent or five. We tried to pay rent in February on the third, and she had already filed for eviction. That was not the first time. Every time that we have gone to court, she has lost. Also, she does not fix things. When we first got here, June of 2009, the entire heating system did not work. We found this out when we tried to use it in October. She refused to fix it. Thank, God, that my husband is a licensed contractor. The total job, if priced out right, would be about 500 dollars. Have it priced. Never took a dime off rent. The total amount that it cost to fix things here so we could live came to roughly 805 dollars. Never a reimbursement. Bottom line, if you do not pay your rent on the first, she WILL file for an eviction. Every single month. Our lives have been a living He-- because of this woman. She does not repair anything, she will not reimburse you if you do the work, She will knock on your door, even Sunday, at 8 in the morning. This woman does not care. No heart or respect even for small children. This house here in Trenton, NJ, also has bugs. We noticed a bad ant problem right off the bat, they tend to die down about November, that is when you see the roaches. YES ROACHES. She refused to exterminate, so we did the best we could. Then come, April, bad fly problem. So bad, that I actually called the police because I thought someone had died next door. So horrible. Try living with this. They told us to call department of Health. In the process of all that now. Our lease is up now, it is July 2. We can not move into our new place until the 15, so offered the landlord here over and above the cost of rent so we could stay because of the kids, she refused. So I am waiting for warrant of removal. Two can play this game. Then I will go to court and the judge will once again be on our side, and she can kiss my a--. Do not rent from this woman no matter how bad your situation is. It is NOT worth it. OH, I almost forgot, she likes to spit on her tenants, and also likes to have her brother, (who was just released from prison from robbing and beating an old woman), come over here with his shirt off to threaten the tenants.
