Landlords on the north shore of Long Island beware of a James F. Johnston. 6’ tall, brown curly hair & mustache. A former resident of Huntington, NY. He will be looking for a property management/maintenance position. He is currently spending time at the Buffalo Correctional Facility for attacking a previous landlord with a stolen automobile, fleeing the scene of an accident, beating up his girlfriend, and multiple DWI violations. He will be released sometime in the spring of 2010. This dirtbag is a theif and a liar. He will rob you blind. He is a real smooth talker. Always do a background check on your tenants.

Emmanuel Edwards claimed he played for the San Diego Chargers and felt he can get away for renting one of my condos for 2 weeks. He never paid. Gave me a check that bounced from Shelby Ross. Said they would pay. Then told me a story that they gave the money to one of their friends whom was supose to drop it off. Never showed up and send me harrassing text messages. Please for you own saftey do not rent to these two individuals. Very bad tenants. They live in San Diego. Please do not rent to these individuals. Proper Authority has been contacted.

Vincent Dewey, Noemi Grijalva and Julia Dewey moved into my beautiful house in January 2009, after the 3rd month they started asking us to hold the checks to certain days before we could cash them. Then their rent check for April 2009 was returned 2x’s by their bank, they gave us a check to cover April and May’s rent, which also was drawn against non sufficient funds. We evicted them and when they moved out they said that they would pay us $200.00 per month until they had paid off the $4400.00+ that they owed us. They have never made a payment, will not answer or return phone calls and do not answer letters. We are now taking them to small claims court and refering their bounced check to the District Attorney. DO NOT RENT TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE LIARS AND THEIVES. SHE ALSO WAS FIRED FROM A JOB ON A GOVERNMENT BASE FOR STEALING MONEY AND BAGELS! LOSERS.
