Lease ended in March, 2011. Lives with Clayton Thomas. Child has other kids over and have damaged the yard. Have been holding over for months. Trying to evict and they claim they didn’t receive notice and the case gets re-opened even after judgement. Found 8 x 10 piece of carpet stained and ruined with padding out in front of the property today. Called the cops. Have to file criminal destruction of property charges now. She owes me about $6,000 between back rent, water bill fees, and now damaged property.
When we moved in I made you a list of things that where wrong with the house and everything that you just mention is what we put in the list. You lied to us, to the court and god knows how many more tanants. We never owned 6 dogs we only had 3 which is what is in the contract. The only reason you did what you did and say what you are saying is because you are so money hungry, you take advantage of people, trying to make up damages to your homes when first of all your houses are falling apart. The worse part is that the tanants don’t know how bad your homes are untill we actually live in them, we start seeing how deteriorated the house is. And your way of fixing things is by putting tape or glue...! And to top it off you contract people to work in the homes that are not licenced and worsed of all don’t even know what most of the time they are doing!!!!! Gary it is only obviouse that your tanants don’t last much, maybe the longest is what the contract says, and trust me if we as tanants had the money to get the hell out of there we would have done that immidiately! But we don’t have a rich dead mommy that you where waiting for her to die just to collect her money and homes… You are a disapointment of a man I’m not even sure if you are a truely man, because you cheat people with all kinds of lies.
You want to talk about the rent money, well for 10 months we always gave you our rent every 3rd of the month, as we agreed. Then you want to pull this bullshit about us not paying rent well like i said we have all of our receipts. You took our rent money to fix your damages of the house that where suppose to be fixed a long time ago and if you are not aware also that’s why you collect a security deposite incase of any damages. You took us to cort and lie to the court about not paying you rent on the first and we always paid you on the 3 rd as we agreed.
THIS LANDLORD GARY KUKIS IS FULL OF SHIT BEWARE OF HIS CHEATING, LYING, AND PLEASE TANANTS READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULL BEFORE SIGNING IT AND ALSO MAKE SURE HE DOES WHAT HE PROMISED TO FIX BEFORE YOU EVEN SPEND YOUR MONEY ON HIM OR MOVE IN TO ONE OF HIS HOMES...!!!!
Do Not Rent To Priscilla Rivera
Refusing to pay rent for not being given to have a satellite dish installed. My house aready has 2-Dish & 1-Direct TV satellite dishes. No more holes in the side of my house. Priscillas Contract stated that “No outside services” be made without written request & written permission from me. Which she chose to ignore. Services Tech insisted on an
approval from me , which was denied due to more damage to the structure of the house. She was given permission to connect to the existing satellite dishes. She wanted HD
satellite. Which is not present. Screamed, huffed & puffed like a child. VERY immature. I found out this was her FIRST apartment. Had her father call me. When I posted the 3 day warning, it shook her up but not enough to pay her rent. Father said"I thought you two had an agreement that she would be out in 30 days.”. I explained “Do you know
how many people have told me that story!”. So needless to say she stuck me for the last month, thinking her deposit was a Free Months Rent. Priscilla Rivera has a child & I was nice enough to provide her with two Baby Gates for short windows on a 3rd. Floor apartment, two Smoke Detectors & Carbon Monoxide Detector........SHE STOLE THEM ALL, of course. Never again! Left crap in the toilet & the usual garbage in the apartment, rotten food in the fridge. She giggled @ me when handing me keys the day she left. She thought it was funny & just a big joke to her!!! My mistake to rent to a 19 year old. I doubt age will improve her attitude. She steals. Do Not Rent To PRISCILLA RIVERA, Cleveland, Ohio
i am a month to month one room renter i have no lease
i have bedbugs and the owner of building will not spray
now the lady i rent from wants me to leave
she has my deposit and sent a letter wanting july rent
i wanted to pay her she refused
i cant find another room yet
