Ido, Adaya, and Gad Goldstein Butchered My House

Ido, Gad, and Idaya Goldstein rented my house in olivehurst california. When I scheduled a dishwasher repair call, The tenants notified me that they were away for 2 weeks and forbade me from going into my own rental and threatened to sue me and call the police. I told them to read over the lease agreement, and let them know I was going to proceed with the required service call for the $1000.00 kitchenaid dishwasher.

When I arrived at the house with the technician I discovered the tenants changed the locks on the front door, the side door , and placed a padlock on the gate without asking or notifying me.

I also noticed that the tenant had tubes connected into my irrigation system leading into the garage, and then punched water tubes from in the garage to the outside through a screen. then there was the green house that took up 3/4 of my backyard with plants and trees, and all my mulch unearthed and moved.

When I called the tenant he denied changing the locks and played dumb about the green house.

He also changed his contact number and replied via email occasionally. I sent violation notices to the rental, and email. His rent was also 2 weeks late

3 days later the tenant moved out without notice and left garbage at the house and a mess inside and my backyard a complete mess ($10,000.00 upgrade). A few days later I found that they put a hold on the last rent check.

Chris Campbell, AFG Holdings, & Loomis Wealth Solutions….

I have recently been taken for a lot of money and have been put through an extremem amount of stress in the past few months.  I live in Bakersfield, California.  Chris Campbell was the person in charge of renting properties for Loomis Wealth Solutions.  I signed a contract which he called a “Real estate contract for deed”. Which he explained to me that basically I would be “renting/leasing” the home for 3 years.  This would give me time to raise my credit score and save enough for down payment, closing costs etc. when I was ready to purchase the home.  Sounds great, right? Wrong!  He charged me 1% down and first months rent prior to moving in, which was $2400 + $1550.  I paid and moved in.  Then mysteriously he quits this Loomis Wealth company and they return all but $1000 of my cashiers checks.  So they have no record of this $1000.  So I have to repay it to stay in the home.  So now I have to re-issue the checks to this other company who apperently is now taking over for Chris Campbell.  Fine.  So I do.  Then after about 1 month the checks haven’t cleared my account, so I call the AFG Holdings company (the company taking over for Chris Campbell).  They are under an IRS investigation and all of their accounts have been frozen until further notice.  And then I wasn’t supposed to give them any money I was supposed to go directly to the owner now.  They deposited my checks right before their accounts were seized by the IRS.  They are unable to return my money now.  So at this point I am out about $4950.00.  I haven’t even lived here for a month.  So next I contact the owners of the property with which I am supposed to have a contract with still.  They inform me that they never had received any such contract and that they never have received any money from the third party company whom they paid for this service.  And another twist is that the company hasn’t been paying the mortgage either with the money that I had sent them.  So now the owners are facing foreclosure.  They want me to buy the house now so that they don’t have a foreclosure on their record.  I try to qualify and am denied.  I fix my credit up a bit, by the advice of the mortgage consultant and check back in a couple of months and still get denied.  So now, we are stuck in this house which at any time we could get a notice on our door to be out in 30 days and I can’t contact the owners anymore, just their realtor, and he doesn’t even know the whole story.

08-4621, by the way.  Or if you were considering doing business with Loomis Wealth Solutions or AFG Holdings Management, run...run the other way as fast as you can.  They just cause stress and loss of finances and a lot of unanswered questions.

West Haven CT Deadbeat Tenants

My parent’s were desperate to rent to the first people who said yes. Well guess what? They were terrible the second they moved in. They have a parrot they refuse to cover at night so it’s quiet for everyone else. She screams across the house as if no one else lives in the house too. Her kids are so stressed from her screaming all the time, the oldest one is incontinent and even in school does this. I’ve had them screaming at each other at 4:30 in the morning when he goes to work. The bird squaks at this hour cuz it’s not covered. They won’t pick up the dog shit in the yard. They won’t stop using the fireplace which has put smoke in my apartment when the furnace kicks on. They leave the outdoor lights on for weeks at a time. They leave the front door open and then complain it’s cold in their house. She called the police on me because HER dryer cord broke. Both of their vehicles are unregistered. December and January’s rent checked bounced then we decided to have them evicted and found out they went through 2 other evictions in 2008. They leave their garbage and trash all over the place. We have had mice running around their garbage. 2 of their 3 kids had bug bites scars you wouldn’t believe. Even their school noticed the problem. She blamed it on masquitos. I’m sorry but any conscience person outside is not to tolerate THAT MANY bites. I think they were the inside variety that inhabit mattresses. They have so much clutter in the house and in the kitchen. You can’t see the counters because she has so much cookware she doesn’t have room in the cabinets for anything else. They brought pantry moths into my house too. They use a surround sound system which I have complained about and my daughter has too. She tried screaming at my daughter and that’s when the shit hit the fan. We also offered the other space in my driveway when it snowed so they wouldn’t be in the driveway. Well after the snow they wouldn’t leave. Then after she screamed at my daughter she complained about the driveway so I told she wasn’t parking there. I put my other vehicle back where it was. She claimed she was always entitled to it yet from August through December my fathers truck there.

she has one sob story after the next for anyone who will hear it. She told the cops she pays her rent. She hasn’t paid since November 2008.

On top it, she hasn’t worked for 2 years and she receives FREE daycare courtesy of the State of CT through Care 4 Kids.

Oh and by the way, I googled their last names and come to find out they were evicted 3 times prior to this years pending eviction.

Anyone can check the State of CT Judicial Branch and search someones name. Theirs came up under Housing Court.

Don’t feel sorry for them because they have 3 kids. It’s a little crutch they use so they don’t have to work so hard in life getting food stamps, care 4 kids, Medicaid, and section 8.

Meanwhile their kids all get enrolled into extracircular activities of every kind and they have pay for the high end cable package.

He smokes by the way and leaves disgusting piles of butts wherever he stands. Has smoked in the house and has allowed other people to smoke in the house when he knows he’s not allowed.

She weighs about 500 pounds and when she sits on her wood dining chairs she gouges the hardwood floors.

They have installed blinds without asking and have put multiple holes in the walls for shelves. They stole my cable wire so they could have tv in every bedroom. They also set up a fish tank when they weren’t allowed to.
