Welcome to TenantDispute!
Do you have a dispute? Bad Tenant or Bad Landlord, post your issues here so others can see the report.

TenantDispute® is a worldwide consumer reporting Web site and publication, by consumers, for consumers, to file and document complaints about tenant, landlord or individuals. While we encourage and even require authors to only file truthful reports, TenantDispute® does not guarantee that all reports are authentic or accurate. Be an educated consumer. Read what you can and make your decision based upon an examination of all available information.
Unlike the Better Business Bureau, TenantDispute® does not hide reports of satisfied complaints. ALL complaints remain public and unedited in order to create a working history on the company or individual in question.
TenantDispute® was started because of having experienced a deadbeat tenant that took advantage of our trust and good will. We hope that others will not fall victim to the same person. Learn from the mistakes of others - not your own. If you have tenant or Landlord problems, this is the place to vent and find out how to handle these problems.

Robbie Cupples & Lorraine Temperley from Bo’ness area in West Lothian, Scotland.
Blatant disregard for contents of assured tenancy agreement. Blatant disregard for property and contents.
Melanie & John Brady - Toxic Tenants
Do not rent to Melanie & John Brady of Manchester, New Hampshire.
They will make every attempt to harass the landlord and attempt to extort money from her/him.
M. Brady will call the landlord constantly and frequently in the middle of the night.
They will attempt to drive away the other tenants in the building with their threats and showing their firearms.
Melanie Brady calls herself a “paralegal” and is training herself in this craft by filing petitions against other tenants and whoever their current landlord is. It doesn’t matter if the landlord has done nothing wrong. They will just make something up.
They will lie so convincingly that it seems that they actually believe their own lies. Do a criminal background check on these people. Use caution.
It was fine when we moved in the house was a very nice tri level home. The first experience with the landlord was he came over unannounced to see if we were moving. Okay, so my mother was there with our 3 boys. She opened the door and he pushes her out the way to get in the house claiming he needs an electrical cord out the garage. About a week later he comes back this time walking behind the house which he stated there were keys to the lock to the side fence but the fence was not locked. Looking in the back windows. The back of the house consisted of 2 sliding glass doors. Now, my mother watched my kids while my husband and I worked. She seen his reflection in the TV and turned around and screamed. So he left. My husband comes home and calls Mr. Ford and says he has to give him a call if he is going to be lurking all around the house. Ford stated it’s his house he doesn’t have to call anyone to inform them he is going to be around his property. The house had so many minor issues if he would have just fixed it right we would have never have called him for anything. Winter came and we noticed there is no heat on the main floor where the living rm and kitchen is, It would be freezing. He claims there is nothing wrong with the heat it was like that when he lived there. We were not aloud to use the living rm or the dining rm. Since they were both formal and had white carpet. I video taped him everytime he came to do a walk thru or for whatever reason. In the state of washington supposedly those tapes are useless. Needless to say he kept half of our $1000 deposit claiming we did not clean on the side of the fridge before moving out. But it took me and my husband 3 days to clean the house when we got it. The house was spotless when we handed over the keys. The day after we moved out, him and his wife moved back in. If the house was in such bad condition when we left why did they move in the very next day?
