Do not rent to Yvette Woods, she comes off talking smooth and intelligent but she’s a cunning loser. She will never pay you on time for her rent and she will always have an excuse for being late. She’s knows the system and will use it for all that it’s worth. She will stay in your property move in her boyfriend, his family, her family and they all will pay nothing. She will push the envelope and then tell you if you want me to move “take me to court.” This girl will make you go to jail for her actions. She caused over 3,000 dollars worth of damage to my home after 1 year. I had over 8,000 dollars worth of work done 4 months before she moved in. She moved in with new carpet up and downstairs, fresh paint on all walls, new tile floors in all bathrooms, new vertical blinds, new light fixtures including a chandillear, central air, garage, fenced in back yard, and alarm system. Section eight was helping her with rent she only had to pay $265 dollars and she refused to pay. (loser and user) Please don’t rent to this witch unless you want to go to jail because she will push you to commit a crime. You have been warned! Note: I forgot to tell you that my home is only 15 years old I had it built in the city it was on the market to be sold before the buzzard moved in.
