Harassment by landlord

I am a single woman and live alone in a rented home. I face a serious problem with my landlord, Joseph, who lands up in my place in the oddest hours and makes all sorts of comments. I am in a real fix as I cannot protest against for fear of getting evicted.

Unacceptable behavior by Fred, my landlord

Everyday when I returned home tired, after a busy day of work, my landlord comes in uninvited. He expects me to serve him tea and even snacks. On top of that he stays back to watch his favorites soaps and television programs. I cannot bear this man everyday.

My landlord Sally keeps increasing the rent.

When I signed the lease with my landlord Sally, I remember that it was a fixed term lease for a period of 12 months, so she could not increase the rent midway. Now after 6 months she has decided to increase the rent my 10%. This is unfair and ruthless. She cannot do something, which is illegal.

Arthur is a cruel landlord

My landlord wants to throw me out of the house, even after I have not broken any rule in the contract. Our lease is for a year and he cannot do this within that period. The worst part is that he is not giving me a notice period of 2 months. I have always paid my rent, then why is he doing this?
