Rented a house from these two April 1 2007.  He makes many promises and comes off as a kind Christian man.  December my pipes froze and I unthawed them after waiting for him.  When he did come by he said that he wrapped the pipes so they wouldn’t freeze again.  The firs week of January a man knocked on my door.  I happen to be off from work recouperating from a procedure on my back.  This man asked if Michael Keithley was home.  Told him I didn’t know a Michael, but my landlords were Cheryle and Dennis Keithley.  He scratched his head and then said, well mam, were you aware that this home had been foreclosed on???? WTF???? I cried for days and was given 3 weeks to move.  So… a year and two months later me and my 2 daughters are still staying with my mother.  Every time I find a home to rent, I get an uneasy feeling.  I don’t trust anyone. 

I’ve sent letter after letter to these people trying to get my deposit back with no response… oh let me back up.  When I first had to move I spoke with Dennis and he said I’d have the money in a week, and you guessed it… it never came.  I’ve sent letter after letter and threaten with a law-suit but he will not pay up.  I guess he thinks this is a joke but it’s not… I will be going foreword with my suit.  Also I learned that he and his wife were part of a large suit against appaisers and brokers.  So BE WARE OF THE KEITHLETS!!!

Ok, here is the story on this DEGENERATE!! They moved in 4/26/09, for the 1st 3 months they paid the rent every 3 weeks, CASH! (1st red flag!No paper trail!), Starting in Oct-08, they shorted the rent by 100.00, wifey claims she didn’t have enought money! So we go to the husband & he say BRO, i’ll have the $100.00 by this weekend, which Hello, never happend! Then come Nov, no rent was paid! This Fucking piece of lying shit supposedly joins the military, so he can be so called protected by te soldiers & sailors act. He only enlisted, He never went in to the military.They gave us some bullshit story that come january, they will be getting a 5K bonus from the army, little did they know we’ve already contacted a lawyer & have begun eviction process.And dumbfuck! you get the 5K bonus after you complete the 13 weeks of bootcamp!
Endless court dates where these pieces of shit said they were not served eviction papers properly, a HUGE LIE! they had a 100lb pitbull on the property, lied about the type of dog they had in order to move in.
They finally moved out of the house(without paying for 4 months rent @$1400.00 per month)$5600.00 due for rents, plus court costs, laywyer fees, they owe us about 10K, Fucking pieces of shit! They left the house a flippin mess! Clothes everywhere, this morons wife left her own 4 yr old daughters toys & clothes & bed behind. there were drug remnants every! Empty bags of cocaine, stumps of marijuana cigs, Methadone, Xanax, you name it we found it!Ugh! what a mess!! the water was shut off after they left & we were left with $533.00 of past due payment cause we are the landlords, bullshit!!
The liar Robert(Bob) never went into the military & he claims he was out of work since Oct, well little di he know he left check statements behind and Oh what a surprise there were check statements from Nov, when the liar said he lost his job in Oct. House smelled of ciggarette smoke & dog piss! Gross!!! DO NOT RENT TO THESE PEOPLE!

shame on us for not doing a criminal backround check on him before they moved in!!!
