GOES BY DEB/DEBBIE/DEBORAH. MIDDLE INITIAL IS J. SON IS BRIAN SUITS JR. A MONTH AND A HALF INTO LEASE, WOMAN DECIDES SHE “DOESN’T THINK IT WILL WORK OUT” AND UP AND MOVES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. WE GET A CALL FROM A NEIGHBOR TELLING US OUR TENANT WAS SEEN PACKING UP. TENANT WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE, WILL NOT EXPLAIN SELF, SON VERBALLY ATTACKED MY FATHER WHEN ASKED WHAT IN THE WORLD WAS GOING ON. SHE THEN SENT LETTER STATING THAT LEAVING WAS “BEST FOR BOTH OF US”. HOW IS HAVING A TENANT MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEAR BEST FOR ME??? I COULD SEE WANTING TO GET OUT IF WE WERE SOME SORT OF SLUM LORDS, BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. DID NOT GIVE 30 DAYS, DID NOT PAY FOR DAMAGES. HER BEST COMPLAINT WAS THAT WE DIDN’T FIX A “SOFT SPOT” IN THE FLOOR FAST ENOUGH. THIS IS CLEARLY A SELFISH INDIVIDUAL WITH SELFISH INTENTIONS AND NO APPRECIATION FOR PUTTING HER SIGNATURE ON THE DOTTED LINE. SHE WILL GAIN AN APPRECIATION WHEN I TAKE HER TO COURT NEXT MONTH!!!! THIS WOMAN ABANDONED THE LEASE, ABANDONED THE PROPERTY, AND HAS NO UNDERSTANDING OF THE LAW, THINKS SHE CAN JUST UP AND LEAVE ON A WHIM WITH NO EXPLAINATION. DO NOT RENT TO THIS PERSON! PLEASE CONTACT ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE MORE INFO.

DO NOT RENT FROM: Michael Gray with Allstars, LLC. He owns Hampton Harbor Townhomes in Greenville,SC

I have been living on my own since I was 18 years old. I have never once came across a problem with my landlord or landlord company. I have been a perfect tenant, always paying rent on time and keeping my place clean. I moved into a townhouse on Wade Hampton Blvd in Greenville SC in October 2009. This was the ad posted for the property, “Eastside Townhome. Safe, Private, Big, 2br/2.5bath, skylights, refs, $588 special. 201-0089, 616-0412, 297-0629.” I posted that so other tenants would recognize that ad. I spoke with the “ Maintenance Manager” who showed me the property. He is also the one that handled all financials, and lease agreement. The townhome he showed us needed major work, which he promised was going to be repaired and clean before I moved in. In this stage of the move, I had not ever seen or spoken to Mr. Gray. I arrived on move in day and much to my horror, the townhouse was not ready at all. The professionals had just arrived as I arrived, to clean the carpets. While they men were cleaning the carpets, the Maintenance Manager, Chris Anderson, was just fixing other problems. Needless to say, I was unable to move in when promised. I had already fulfilled my part of the contract by meeting their financial obligations, but they could not meet mine. This was the start of something horrible. Since move in day, and current, the following has happened to me in my townhouse: The kitchen sink broke and flooded, the dishwasher broke and flooded twice, the carpet in the dining room was ruined by the flooding, but was not removed, the mold and mildew smells have continuously been a problem since day one and I do now suffer from horrible headaches. The downstairs toilet in non-functioning and has been since day 1, the garage disposal broke, the upstairs closet door has been broken since day 1, the upstairs shower handle was broken, the upstairs toilet broke and flooded not only our bedroom upstairs, but has also came down into the kitchen ceiling. (adding more mold and mildew).  The kitchen floor had to be replaced from the water damage. It was not replaced correctly. And to top if all of, we found out we have ROACHES. All of this nightmares were reported and we have had none of them fixed. I have never seen such a poorly unprofessional owner/landlord in my life. The appointments we did make with Chris were never upheld and as much as I have asked to meet Mr.Gray in person, I have not been given the honor of doing that. Also, this is not a SAFE environment as mentioned in their ad. I was woken up everynight with people fighting outside over drugs. Violent fighting and screaming. I do know that Chris is into some very heavy drugs and does not perform the responsibles handed to him from Mr. Gray. I WARN everything tenant out there in Upstate of S.C. PLEASE never ever rent from these people. You will be paying rent to live in trash, and they will not care about anything but their money. This whole experience is a NIGHTMARE.

Christopher Michael Goodman

Evicted from Kucera Court in Murrieta, California, January 2010, on account of failing to pay rent, utilities (was cut off by the gas company), and violating several parts of the lease.

Christopher Michael Goodman, a 6’6” tall male, 300 pounds, white, signed a lease to rent a 3 br SFR on Kucera Court, in the city of Murrieta, California. He immediately violated the lease by bringing in an unauthorized pet (a pit-bull puppy) and parking several cars on the street interfering with the neighbors (his business was buying and selling automobiles). He apparently had unauthorized tenants living at the property as evidenced by mail addressed to people not on the lease. He failed to pay rent on the 3rd month of tenancy and avoided all calls by property manager. Only after getting served an eviction summons did he make contact offering to pay the rent (2 weeks late and after $800 was already spent in legal fees). He answered the summons, but lost in court. Still owes over $1,100. Also owes the utility companies several hundreds of dollars. Left the property a complete mess and damaged the bathtub, a brand new stove, and his dog chewed the wiring on the A/C unit.
