DO not rent from park fairfax apartment
They stuck me with a collecting item on my credit report for 1885.00 for three months I was`t there. I gave Park Fairfax apartment a thirty day notice on September 1, 2008 and move out on October,21, 2008 and I was`t on a lease. I had to pay more rent of 145.00 because there was not a lease and they never gave me my 350.00 deposit back. unhappy Dispute !
Do not rent to Miranda P Standaert
She rented a condo from me in Reno, NV with her boyfriend. I evicted her for non payment of rent. She trashed the place including taking out doors and walls. She left it completely dirty. Never cleaned the brand new stove or oven or vaccumed. There was food all over the walls and floors. There was cigs and dog poop throughout. I found a previous eviction notice from Paradise Ca and called the owner and found out she did the same thing there.
Chantelle (Picou) Kubat - Do not rent to her. She does not pay rent, she is drama drama drama
Chantelle Kubat has not paid her rent on time since she signed the lease in mid Jan 2010. It is now April 19 and she has not paid the rent for April or reimbursement of utilities. She is gossiping with the neighbors and called me one night several times to accuse me of untruths. She lost her job and I am about to evict her. Do not rent to this woman, she is irrational, tells lies and will only cause problems for you. She currently owes me over $1000. Her mother came with her when she looked at the house to rent it, the mother paid the deposit - since the mother does not want to be involved. I have come to learn that they (the parents) love the grandchild but are also annoyed by the daughter - Chantelle and no longer want to be involved and have apologized to me several times. The father seems especially disgusted. Chantelle also had a man move into the house and I requested he be put on the lease but she says he does not live there. The man himself told me he moved out of his place and has things at my house as well as mail delivery. Stay clear of Chantelle Picou Kubat, she is bad news. I am evicting her and although I want her out soon, I do not want her to be your nightmare.
