Vim Residential Management - Bad Management

Villa Del Sol Apartments in Benson, Arizona is a property that was taken over by a deadbeat real estate brokerage company by the name of Vim Residential Management in January of 2010.  I’ve had issues and problems since they have taken over and they assured me that they would address and resolve them, well they have done absolutely nothing about the problems!  This property has a cockroach infestation in all the buildings.  The management company refused to reimburse me for the expense of traps that I had to buy to rid these awful disgusting pests in my apt.  All these slumlords care about is their rent money and nothing else!!  One tenant here in the complex had a severely leaking roof in her bedroom apt. and the management took over two months to get the leak fixed...the tenant suffered damage to her furniture and is now seeking another place to live. There is a community room here on the property that is supposed to be available to all the residents to use, but when this new management company took over, they lock the doors up to the room in the late afternoon and you are unable to utilize the room in the evening. And the use of this room is part of the amenities included here that I pay these greedy scumbags in the rent I pay them. The office onsite here is only staffed 2 days out of the week, simply because the management company is too cheap to pay a manager to work 5 days a week. So when you do have issues or problems there is usually no one available to address them. Sometimes this manager only works 1 day out of the week.  I recently contacted their corporate office about getting resolution to a problem here and spoke with a man by the name of Dustin who was absolutely uncooperative and uncaring in helping me out.  This company has two offices, one in the State of Idaho and another one in Phoenix, Arizona.  Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this property management company, you WILL NOT get treated fairly as a tenant should and besides this money hungry management company is only interested in your monthly rent check and not addressing your issues and problems and making you a happy tenant!!

Chippewa Falls, WI bad landlord

Do NOT rent from the landlord Monte Berg!  He was the WORST landlord EVER!!  Should have known better when he told us that he wouldn’t accept a check or money order for our monthly rent payments… He claimed on two different occassions that money was missing from our rent money even after he or his wife would count the money in front of us to make sure it was all there.  We went for 3 months with the water in our bathroom backing up and leaking all over the floor (very unsanitary especially with 2 young children) he refused to fix the plumbing!  We also went over 2 months without a working refrigerator.  I have medications that I take daily that have to be refrigerated, and he refused to fix our fridge!  He kept telling us that it was our problem not his… He would send his kids over to ring our doorbell/knock on the door and tell us that their mom and dad need money to buy milk, and that we need to pay them more money. (most of the time the kids would just walk right into our house if the door was open) It was just ridiculous!

Dead Beat tentants Stephanie and Josh Deckard

They got their deposit back even thou house was house had to be repainted & carpet had to be replaced because they smoked in the house and their rotten kids ruined the carpet.

They never replaced the air filters, their kids pulled the plumbing in the bath room out from the walls.

They left the pool green and refused to fulfill the terms of the lease. They also broke the lease and left early with 10 days notice.

AGAIN DO NOT RENT TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE LAIRS AND DIRTY PEOPLE WHO THREW WILD PARTIES IN OUR HOUSE !!!!!
