She is the most filthy liar ever! The apartment needed repairs. I contacted Francesca to perform repairs. She said she did not want any work done on the apartment because it was the holiday and she was going to have people over. She was told to get in contact with us and let us know when it was a good time to be back for repairs. Five days later, rent was due. She refused to pay the rent because repairs were not done. It was a big scam. I sent workers to her door to do the work, she was notified three days ahead of time. She refused to let the workers in. Two days later, I got a fine and a letter from the city hall stating that I refused to do the repairs needed and tenant had been unable to get in contact with me. She never paid rent once. Her mother inlaw, always paid the rent for her. After being threatened with immigration. Her boyfriend is illegal. She finally left. Leaving behind a broken refrigerator, broken sink, carpet cigarrettes burn all over the apartment and a trashed yard. Dont say I did not warn you. She is a sneaky snake. Be aware. Good luck if you still rent to her.

They are the biggest scamers. They know how to play the system. They first started saying there was mold in my house. I called mold especialist and there was not mold. Then, they started saying there was something wrong with my plumbery, I got a report from the plumber stating there was nothing wrong with the plumbery. They then went to say there was something wrong with the electrict oulets. An electrician was called and there was nothing wrong with the electrics oulets. Lastly complaint about the heating and termosthat, again the same electrictian was called only to confirm there was nothing wrong with the heating or termosthat. They use all these excuses to stop paying rent. They got Board of Health involved, so it was almost impossible to evict them. They did not pay rent for four months and finally left after I paid them money to leave. Lets not even mention all the money spent to call each individual licensed professional to come and check their complaints only to find out nothing was wrong with my place. Per the electritian, it seemed that Marcelo tampered with the light fictures of the livingroom to claim there was a problem with it and also they clogged the bathtub by sticking globes, and a rubert ball into the drain of the bathtub. Very clasic. They also made one of the tenants leave because Marcelo and Kristen set up to make their life misserable. I almost got my house foreclosure. They also stole my mail. If you rent to those people, dont say, I didnt warn you.

Be very wary of renting from MWProperties.... 1st of all they dont follow the laws of Renting… they lie whenever the feel nessesary and dont fix what needs to be fixed.
