Property (the former bar PUB 41) is somewhat trashed.  Place was full of drunk bar vigilantes and violent to newcomers (bartenders drank on the job).  Tenants owe over $3000 in rent.
Instead of pursuing, I just rather evict them (either Brent Godsey or Lori Grape and anyone associated with this lot).  Tenants possesed NO lease or contract and still wanted to fight in
court.  After arguing with his honor about law, Judge Moon told them “this ain’t Judge Judy!”.  These are the horrible lowlifes you never want to do business with.  I KNOW I haven’t said
ENOUGH about them.  When people are desperate and spent, they pull out all the stops…

Kameron Wilson Pamela Wilson arizona rent default bad tenant

Tenant, Kameron and Pamela Wilson in queen creek arizona have a history of not paying rent and evictions prior to leasing to them. I did not do my due dilegance in researching their history and judgements against them. They were late with rent every month for 13 months and owe $2400 in unpaid rent. To add to the problem, Kameron is a habitual liar but I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he had ‘hardships’ and worked with him for partial rent payments. Do not waste your time leasing to this couple as you will be lied to and will not receive rent payments. In addition, Kameron and Pamela Wilson will challenge you to evict them through court processes and will not voluntarily vacate the premises.

Chicago and Chicagoland DO NOT RENT TO HAIR STYLIST KOFI JAMISON FROM OAK PARK, IL

Our Condo Association rented one of our foreclosure units to this guy in hopes of recouping back assessments owned by the owner. This guy is a hair styles who works in his parents salon and has been spoiled all his life. I know a number of people who know him and I’ve recently found out how irresponsible he actually is. We rented a $200k mo condo to him for a low price of $950 per month. It had all the amenities you could name. The guy provided a credit report, bank stmt, and landlord reference, which come to find out was all falsified! He put up a $950 dep, paid the 1st month prorated rent of $750, did not pay the 2nd month, paid the 3rd and 4th month (all which were paid with Mommys checks). Starting Nov 2010, he stopped paying all together. The assoc attorney advised letting the owning bank handle,but the bank could take years to take possession. We finally hired a new attorney, and FINALLY came up with the $1200 which included attorney fees to evict! The eviction was granted effective 04/30/11. Because he didn’t move out, we now have to wait until the sheriff comes to evict which can take weeks. It’s now 6/2/11 and he’s still there. Meanwhile, he’s moved his girlfriend in, never changed the utilities over to his name and left the association with the bills. Have parties all the time, had the never to tell a board member his key isn’t work to the gate!! WOW! And if that wasn’t enough, we found out he was advertising the stainless steal appliances for sale through facebook and mass text messages!! We are now at the point were we have threathen to go in and change the locks!!! He faxed over a copy of the letter we left to our management co claiming he plans to leave this week, but we’ll see!! Then I see another facebook ad where he’s saying he needs a leasing agent to help him find an apartment. Although the $8550 balance due for the 9 months of non payment is going on his credit report, we will never actually collect it and he will find a way to scheme the next landlord!! What a sad case of “everything was given to me!” He never had to work for anything and his parents are always bailing him out from what a close friend of his told me! Although we lost out on recouping most of the past due assessments, I know he will reap what he sows and this too will come back to bite him in the ass!

Rip Off Artist/ Landlord David Anthony

Rents Studio Apartment knowing full well that the structure is water challenged and prone to excessive amounts of Mold during the winter months…

David Anthony is an Artist operating his own Studio/Gallery in Gardiner Oregon, 2 miles north of Reedsport. He has a website:http://www.davidanthony.com if you wish to see some of his work. He has 3 small apartments on his property he rents and has been on this location in Gardiner for more than 5 years. The last unit, Unit 3 is one he extensively remodeled and prepared for rental. He does beautiful finish work but as expected, has little or no knowledge of engineering that goes into construction or operation of living spaces. He does know how to make things look good, but operate poorly. To top it off, he is a depressed/ paranoid personality and can turn on you very quickly and for no apparent reason. I spent $2000.00 moving in only to find, when the rains came, he knowingly had a water infiltration problem on all outside facing walls and in the bathroom of the Unit. The leaks in the Bath was so severe that I had to mop it 5 times a day. He admitted that the same thing happened the year before… I approached him many times to fix the 12 leaks (documented with photo’s and written letters to him), but after the few feeble attempts he made, he just decide to ignore the problems. His reliable income is from the 3 rentals, so he has little or no money to take care of issues that come up in the course of normal wear and tear. If a unit’s plumbing or electrical malfunctions, he can only call on his inexperience and lack of knowledge to fix the problems, and when they aren’t successful, and the tenant needs to have the things fixed, either the tenant must pay for the repairs or the tenant is verbally asked to move. If it is to his advantage, David will unlawfully break the lease, but dishonestly blame the Tenant for the lease breach, however, not being able to produce proof of the breach except in his own head. He operates without consideration of his Tenants when things don’t go smoothly. He just doesn’t care. He has no sympathy for others. Many of my things received mold damage, some beyond repair… An example of his ongoing dishonesty: I loaned him my $100.00 Seville chrome rack system to use when I moved in. I made it clear it was a LOAN. He unlawfully sold it to another after I had complained of the water leaking problems, fully knowing it was a temporary loan and not his to sell. Now that I have moved after living there for 11 months, he is cosmetically fixing the apartment up again, raising the rent by $15 dollars and allowing another innocent tenant to move in, not knowing what is waiting for them when the Oregon Coast Rains begin in earnest… He is a mentally sick individual… His behavior in my view is extremely Dishonest, Sociopathic, Psychotic, and in short, Criminal… PS: He related to me after I was living there for several weeks, that all his life he had been abducted by aliens and subjected to medical experiments… Now that tells me more about him, and the way he operates, than I gave it credit then… Renters… Beware of this one…
