I moved to Spring Tx in June 2010 I was so excited to be able to find a house for rent for my family and my self. I meet with the landlord Mr. Gary Kukis seemed to be a very nice guys he said he use to be a elementary teacher It even felt more conferting since I have kids that go to elementry. He showed me 2 houses the first one looked like it need some work , so I decide to look at the 2nd home. in Loyanne dr Spring TX. It looked beautifull, when we walked in it was durty and it need a few little fixuters. Mr. Kukis said he would have it taken care of right away. At that time whe had spend 2 weeks in a hotel and needed to move to a house asap. we told him we where really wanting to buy a home but for now we needed to rent since we where trying to fix our credit. well he charged us $800 pet deposit, $1,850 security deposit with rent. When we got the keys and when to the house it looked the same, but I try to look at the bright side. He still mention he would have things working in a week or two… well I been here a year in June 2011 he left us with out A/C with out heater never fixed what he promised, leaks around the house, cabinets falling , mirrorr closet doors breaking and falling. and all he does is patch here tape over there. This man has several , several homes and even his handy mans say he is a bad pay that he never pay them or he pays to late. now he wants to turn around and say we have not taken care of the house when all we do is call him and send him letters to fix things he don’t care he don’t even pick up his letters they have returned back to me. I’m so ready to go to court , but please any one that is trying to rent BE AWARE OF GARRY KUKIS HE SEEMS A GOOD MAN BUT HE IS OVER HIS HEAD WITH HOMES REPAIRS, HOMES , THAT HE CAN’T EVEN TAKE CARE OF HIS OWN i have been there when i take the rent it… please family memebers especially you that have kids and it is so hard to make a life for your litttle one’s !!!!!

He is a liar and a cheat. He makes agreements and statements with tenants and then fails to uphold them. He fails to give property condition reports and then charges tenants for every possible little repair. Any repairs are done haphazardly with shoddy product and workmanship. He does not address tenant complaints nor does he return phone calls or emails. He and his property managers are rude and condescending, particularly against females.
