landlord dispute

DEE GREEN IS A ROTTEN - DEADBEAT - LANDLORD!!!  PLEASE BE AWARE!!  HE IS OUT OF DUNCANVILLE,TX.  HE ADVERTISES ON CRAIGSLIST IN THE DALLAS/FORT WORTH AREA.  HE SAYS HE OWNS 22 PROPERTIES.  OUR EXPERIENCE WITH HIM HAS BEEN HORRIBLE.  THIS IS OUR FIRST (AND WILL BE THE LAST) EXPERIENCE WITH A DEADBEAT LANDLORD!  WE HAD TO COMPLETELY CLEAN THIS HOUSE FROM TOP TO BOTTOM BEFORE WE COULD MOVE IN; THE OVEN WAS SO GRUNGY!  IT LOOKED LIKE IT HAD NEVER BEEN CLEANED. IT WAS UNFIT TO USE.  WE HAVE BEEN IN THIS HOUSE FOR 18 DAYS AND HE STILL HASN’T REPLACED THE OVEN!  WE HAD IT REMOVED AND TAKEN AWAY.  HE LEFT CURBSIDE DEBRIS AND GARBAGE FROM HIS LAST TENANT THAT HE STILL HASN’T TAKEN CARE OF!  HE HAS BEEN REPORTED TO THE CITY BY SOMEONE IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD AND BY US, AND HE STILL HASN’T DONE ANYTHING! THIS GUY IS A ROTTEN EXCUSE FOR A LANDLORD!  ALL HE WANTS IS HIS MONEY AND HE GOES AWAY!  WE STILL DON’T HAVE A LEASE AGREEMENT, EITHER.
RENTERS BEWARE!!  PLEASE DON’T RENT FROM THIS GUY!!  HE’S A DEADBEAT!

Jason Dondzil & Chrystal Kugler

I obtained a judgment for over $ 3300 against them when they moved out. To my surprise they showed up in court blaming me for a lot of things but the judge had enough proof to see who was right and who was wrong.

I took over a hundred pictures and took a piece of the carpet with me to court. They also claimed I had removed their refridgerator without them being able to pick it up. My pictures showed the fridge standing in the driveway for 2 days with numerous different pictures with different times and dates. They couldn’t reply the judge question when they had called me about the fridge...lol

They also claimed that I failed to give notice of the security deposit specification and counter sued me for triple the amount. Florida is not a triple security deposit State and second I showed up with the certified letter that was delivered 3 x to their address and wasn’t claimed by them. It was still in the unopened envelope.

Just bad tenants and according to the collecting aganecy they have fled their next rental afterwards....

Remember their names and don’t rent to them...they have 2 kids, one together and one from another man.

Rutten Oliveras & Gilma Oliveras

I obtained a judgment against them for over $ 4000.- for property damage after the moved out overnight. That was 2 years ago and I haven’t collected a dime so far but at least know their credit history is ruined further and perhaps in the future they realize they better can settle or pay…

They started out like most tenants, good nice polite people and further down the line the lies, etc...started.

Ashley Davenport, GA/ Holiday Florida, national guard

She broke her lease within a month of moving in. Claiming loss of job, complications with a pregnancy and being military. Military didn’t check out only that she was training for National Guard.

Luckily the place was not left in bad shape but some furniture, food, trash was left. She tried to scam us by emailing us an order for a transfer more than a week after she gave notice.

the order looked shaddy and wasn’t signed. The email referred to other people we could contact to check out her status but we decided to call a military lawyer to check on it and that was the last time we heard from Ashley. She stated she wanted her money back but after we emailed her that we were verifying her order with a military lawyer she stated we could keep the money....

Sad how people try to scam under the name of military moving while others really have to move when they get an order.

UPdate; March 18, 2011 Ashley contacted our office asking if we please will not provide the army’s lawyer with the paperwork and she will pay everything that is required to break the lease.
