Beware of Ron and Lori Genna (Florida SLUMLORDS)
These people are negligent landlords, they rent homes at very cheap prices $350.00 to $450.00 a month plus fees. They tell you that they are working with their bank of lower their mortgage of the house and that all will be well; what they don’t say is that the home is in foreclosure. These people collect rent until the bank contacts the tenants that they have to vacate; the house I rented from them was foreclosed by the court on 4/2010. These people took my rent without saying a word; I found out about the foreclosure in December of 2010 when the bank contacted me. I was paying rent from 4/2010 to 12/2010, (9 months) these people refuse to give back the $4050.00 of rent paid that should have never been paid to them. These people are also slumlords, my daughter also rents from these people; the house is condemnable. In my daughters house there was a small crack on the floor, now the crack has spread throughout the house and has widen, the bathroom does not work; when toilet is used it runs into the tub and into my grandsons bedroom. these people tell her that she has to fix it herself and not to be late on the rent. Today we had to take my grandsons (2, 4, 6 years old) to the doctors because they keep getting sick, the doctor is checking them for Black Mold which he says the children have the symptoms of; Black Mold is deadly it causes blindness, cancer, brain damage and death. My daughter is looking for a place to move as I write this, she called the landlords and told Ron Genna about the black mold they tell her to return the keys and hurry up and get out they have other renters for that house which has black mold, termites, no workable plumbing in the bathroom, a crack throughout the whole house that is widening. We have tried to find a way to bring these people to justice but can find none who would help, not even our county gov. office. If you look these people up on the web they are linked to so many scams and they hide behind the church; Ron Genna claims he is the pastor. Ron and Lori Genna also have a youtube page where they try to sell a pyramid scam called Vision Freedom Group http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p5uAB0wACws These people are never caught for what they do, they even have a website where students can apply for student loans http://www.corporationwiki.com/Florida/Palm-Harbor/genesis-student-loan-corporation-3184709.aspx and these are the other company names these people go by: Genna-Green LLC , L&M Property Management LLC , Pumpkin House Investments LLC , Vision of Faith Community Center, LLC , Vision of Faith Victory Center Inc. These people must be stopped from scamming other innocent people. Everyone Beware of Ron and Lori Genna, they also use Ronald and Lori Genna. These people are slumlord schemers trying to drag anyone into their scams. BEWARE!!!

I suggest not renting 83 N Jackson Ave Washington NJ 07882. Rigoberto Vaca the landlord of the property has assaulted me and refuses make repairs on the unit even though we paid early. He always accuses people of breaking things and stealing things when in fact he steals from his tenants.
Do not rent to this woman. She knows how to use the system. She will try to defraud you, she will not pay, and will try to start building a case against you as soon as she moves in. It took me 9 months in court to have her evicted, at a great cost to me, and she is not collectable. She is cold and calculating, but doesn’t seem that way when you meet her. I rented to her a favor to a friend who now feels terrible for asking me to consider her. They no longer speek with her.
