Non of them pay on time, vandalize the property, stealing, breaking things, DO NOT GIVE KEYS TO THIS PEOPLE you will not see money from them, they go from place to place, live without paying anything. these people do not deserve the help of the government! AGAIN< be careful if you do not want to see your property in pieces and deal with courts for months without seeing a penny.
Sherry Roy rents houses in Odessa TX. Please be aware of this lady, she is a rude and lying landlord. Please do not ever rent from this lady we found out the hard way. The first house we rented from her. We fixed up and made it to look very nice, then to our suprise she lied to us, telling us that she had to sell the house but she had another for rent for a little more money. Well I told her I didn’t want to buy the house so we rented the house that was a little more. To our suprise she didn’t sell it, she didn’t even put in on the market. This lady had the nerve to turn around and rent it to one of her friends. The other house we rented from her, we have been renting for a year and wouldn’t you know! she calls us out of the blue to tell us that she is kicking us out so her single son can move in. What kinda woman would kick out a family to let a single son move in. This idiot can’t get an apartment. Well to top everything off she is trying to get out of paying us back our deposit any way she can. I hope this helps someone stop from making the same mistake that we did. This lady shouldn’t be renting to anyone around odessa and if are renting from her, just cover your butt. If it would help with identifying her she is an older who dresses and thinks she 20. IF YOU SEE THIS NUMBER BESIDE A HOUSE THAT’S FOR RENT STAY AWAY, SHE WILL BLAME ANYTHING THAT GOES WRONG WITH YOUR HOUSE ON YOU AND NOT WANT TO GET ANYTHING FIXED AND THEN TRY TO SCREW YOU WITH A SMILE ON HER FACE.
