Carla Thomas and Melvin Hooker

Do NOT rent to Carla Thomas and/or Melvin Hooker.  They left without paying last months rent (no notice given), all utilities cut off, and house disgusting.  These were my first renters and I obviously did not do a good enough back ground check as they have done this numerous times and have several judgements against them.  May KARMA visit such people who have no respect for anyone or anything.  It’s all about what they can get for free.  Shame!
