DO NOT RENT TO DONNA MATHER

Donna Mather (AKA Donna Mather-Hearn or Donna Hearn).  I terminated my lease and gave her 30 days notice to vacate.  She did not pay the last 6 weeks rent ($1,500) and left the place a shambles with well over $2,000 in damages.  She allowed unauthorized people to move in.  Wasted water (which I paid), threatened me with physical harm, had over 30 police reports in 16 months.  Her companion committed suicide and after that there was no income to pay the rent.  DO NOT RENT TO THIS SCUMBAG.  YOU WILL REGRET IT.
