I will make this short and sweet.  DO NOT RENT TO JENNIFER BURKE.  She is a con-artist who uses the single mother card and sweet personality to pull you into her web of lies.  Ms. Burke did not pay her rent for months and when I finally got her out of my townhouse I was left with court fees, attorney fees and months of unpaid rent.  She will cost you more money and more stress than it is worth.  This was my first and probably my last time as a landlord.  I don’t ever want to go through that experience again.  DO NOT RENT TO JENNIFER BURKE.

Jennifer is my daughter.  She has been fiscally irresponsible for most of her adult life.  She has a problem with prescription drug abuse. She trashed my credit rating after I foolishly co-signed her mortgage and she failed to pay.  She divorced her hard working husband after she cleaned out his business checking account.  Her sister, mother and I all appeared against her in Fla. court to try to get custody of her daughter taken from her.  She conned the courts and unfortunately this didn’t happen.  She is attractive, intelligent and manipulative.
