James F. Johnston- Deadbeat Tenant

Landlords on the north shore of Long Island beware of a James F. Johnston. 6’ tall, brown curly hair & mustache. A former resident of Huntington, NY. He will be looking for a property management/maintenance position. He is currently spending time at the Buffalo Correctional Facility for attacking a previous landlord with a stolen automobile, fleeing the scene of an accident, beating up his girlfriend, and multiple DWI violations. He will be released sometime in the spring of 2010. This dirtbag is a theif and a liar. He will rob you blind. He is a real smooth talker. Always do a background check on your tenants.

The vehicle mentioned in this forum was supplied to James F. Johnston by his sister, knowing Mr. Johnston has no drivers license, has an alcohol and drug dependency, and is dangerous to the general population and himself when under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
Mr. Johnston was leaving a bar/restaurant when he intentionally attacked his ex-landlord.
