non-payment tenant Mr. Darek and Stacy Hunt from Marlton, NJ
Tenant Darek and Stacy Hunt played the court system well. They have not pay last four months of rent payments. When I filed the evction process, the court needed 5 weeks to hear the case, translaton - 5 free weeks of rent. I heard some many excuses from Darek Hunt. Sick, on temp disability, father is helping out and etc.. Oh well, hard lesson learned. I hope potential landlords in Southern New Jersey can see this post while they are looking for a new place to rent.

While, we had our issues with Mr. Randy Chen over our housing issue, I warn potential renter to beware him as he looks for new tenants.
We did received a letter from him and his attorney which stated we met his conditions and gave us a letter of recommendation which we used to secure a new residence.
However, they contacted our new landlord and told a different story a couple days later and we lost the new property
The judge saw the letter and that is why court system favored us. The court system did exactly what it was supposed to do. They saw the letter and view the actions of the landlord. Mr. Chen was paid the rent at a rate which would have been paid to new landlord and we finally moved.
