The worst landlord I have ever had.

I rented from William Covaci for over 2 years, and have only good things to say about him. I originally signed a year lease and when it expired he said we didn’t bother to sign a renewal. Technically I was supposed to be fines $25 if I paid my rent after the 5th of the month, but I was never asked to. Exterminators come around frequently, so I never had any bug problems. When I moved out I forgot to give him a forwarding address to return the deposit and he contacted me to get the address. I had been fairly rough on the apartment including scratching the wooden floors, nail holes in the drywall, staining the kitchen counter, and smoking against the lease rules. I didn’t expect to get much back. He gave me back the full amount with $1.52 in interest included. I would happily live in an apartment managed by him again.
