My landlord enters my home without asking

I know that my landlord can enter my premises only when he has to paint the exterior or needs to carry out some repair. However Paul is a very haughty landlord, who enters my home for no reason. He keeps ringing the bell until I open it and then he is in and starts inspecting everything around. This has become a regular and a bothering thing!

My landlord Andrew is a monster

Can a landlord cut off essential supplies like water, gas, or electricity? Well, my landlord Andrew is an absolute monster. Andrew is a man who makes his own rules. I am supposed to pay for my own bills which I do but suddenly he cut off my water supply on the ground that use a lot of water. This is not true.

Harassment by landlord

I am a single woman and live alone in a rented home. I face a serious problem with my landlord, Joseph, who lands up in my place in the oddest hours and makes all sorts of comments. I am in a real fix as I cannot protest against for fear of getting evicted.

Unacceptable behavior by Fred, my landlord

Everyday when I returned home tired, after a busy day of work, my landlord comes in uninvited. He expects me to serve him tea and even snacks. On top of that he stays back to watch his favorites soaps and television programs. I cannot bear this man everyday.

My landlord Sally keeps increasing the rent.

When I signed the lease with my landlord Sally, I remember that it was a fixed term lease for a period of 12 months, so she could not increase the rent midway. Now after 6 months she has decided to increase the rent my 10%. This is unfair and ruthless. She cannot do something, which is illegal.
