After disagreeing to the Landlords request to enter my apartment at any time she wanted to and only being allowed to open my windows when she wanted me to, she evicted me since it was a month to month lease. Having proof of paying my rent each month only made her look worse in court. Ann Joyce Catazella of Mount Vernon, NY is not a landlord you will want to live with unless you do no want any privacy and do not mind having your windows controllled by your landlord.
