Run, do not even contemplate renting this property. If you care about your privacy, quiet enjoyment and peace of mind then this place isn’t for you. Guide: knock on the neighbors doors to find out about this rental property and save yourself the stress you will endure. After speaking to my local priest and telling him about the previous tenants issues he suggested I warn people in advance.
