Do not rent to Zahara Bassett Chicago IL

Chicago, IL (Jan 2009)- Zahara Bassett also goes by Zhara & unauthorized persons Stevon James and an unknown Brian A. Daniels - Evicted due to non-payment of rent (3 months). Judge ordered payment of back rent.  Have not received a dime. Place left in terrible conditions. Cigarette burns all over the new carpet and all over the bathroom counter, inch thick grease in microwave and stove top.  This brand new Unit was a Non-Smoking Unit per lease. Newly painted walls were filty. Clog in sink and tub. Excuses after excuses of non-payment of rent. What a fricking headache and financial burden.
