Ex UCONN basketball star starts second career as slumlord

Richard (aka Ricky) Moore and his wife Melinda Moore are landlords who allow horrible tenants to occupy their unit.  I attempted to alert them to the going’s-on of which they are unaware, and they ignored us and encouraged more bad behavior.  Their tenants threatened my family for asking if they could keep the noise down.  They told us, “we’re Puerto Rican, We’re loud, get use to it”.  They have vandalized our property, they make noise all night long, they have a ridiculous amount of daily visitors, and scumbags hanging out here constantly because no one enforces the condo rules.  Twice their pipes have leaked into our unit because they do not maintain it which caused us major water damage to our unit.  Now their tenants give us the finger, stomp around on purpose so we cannot sleep, and make our lives miserable.  Even their kids stare us down and give us the finger, and even sit outside our windows and stare in to try to intimidate us.  I want the internet world to know that the Moore’s are slumlords and deserve to lose their properties.  Go to hell Ricky and Melinda.  Way to waste a basketball career.
