Joe Escalera and Mark Beltran--DEADBEATS San Diego and El Centro, CA

I cosigned a lease for an apt. for my son (a college student) and let Joe Escalera move in. My son left due to excessive problems and Joe never signed the lease--he invited others to move in and they thrased the place--broken doors, holes on walls, etc. Joe and friends left before the year lease expired and left the apt a mess---hundred$ in damages and unpaid rent. I got stuck with the bills and he never answers his cell phone. He is currently somewhere in San Diego doing the same thing to someone else. Mark moved in at the same time Joe did. Mark left the apt. before Joe and he never bothered to notify me. Joe Escalera allowed others to move into the apt. w/o notifying me--one kid even had a PitBull pup! These two clowns are irresponsible to say the least. If you want proof of my allegations, email me and I will confirm everything.
