Pasch Enterprises- Greenbriar Estates

STAY AWAY from renting or purchasing a home from Timothy Pasch in Pennsylvania!!

This landlord/property is the WORST! Not only are the properties overpriced, but they are brand new and falling apart. After renting for 14 months there was an overall rent increase of $300 per month, NO JOKE! This happened to all tenants who moved in during a specific timeframe. Seriously? A little money hungry? About the property-- specifically Greenbriar Estates—no paint on the walls, just primer...cheap carpeting...nails stick through...screens fall out when there is just a little wind...driveways are not complete and the roads are not finished after a year. Expect to scrape your vehicle as you pull in the driveway. The children in the neighborhood are HORRIBLE...they throw rocks at cars, no parental supervision and are running all over the place making trouble. It is absolutely terrible!! The grounds are unkept...garbage...lawn maintenance is hit or miss and snow removal, plan on doing it yourself (eventhough you pay a premium to have them remove it).

Customer service is ridiculous-- good luck getting through to anybody and if you do, they don’t really care to help. They have turned over management so many times in this place...nobody knows what they are doing.

Check out other reviews by tenants-- do a google search for “Pasch Enterprises”. Also, if you search for his name specifically, you will find a lot more out there.

If I were to do it all over again-- I would stay away from this place...shady practices, crappy townhouses and horrible neighborhood kids. Did I mention we are also backed up against a trailer park and rent prices are $1200 a month!! STAY AWAY!!!
