“Justice” is really someone named “JB” who along with his wife “MB” were evicted yet again for at least the 4th or 5th time from a Manchester, NH apartment for failure to pay, damage, and overall mayhem.  They obviously know nothing about Libel or they wouldn’t print the lies below which anyone with intelligence can quickly see are complete nonsense.  MANCHESTER LANDLORDS = DO NOT, EVER, EVER, EVER, RENT TO “JB OR HIS WIFE MB, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED”

walter chrzaszcz of manchester NH rents the worst death traps in the state, for starters faulty firing that sparks, mold throughout his buildings, a 3 foot sqaure hole in the bathroom, a stove that did not work,no heat during the cold months,you can talk til your blue in the face asking this slumlord to correct the safety issues and its just one excuse after another then when a tenant calls the building code enforcement team and he gets fined he sends you a letter stating he used your security deposit to pay the fine, he also locks you out of your apartment while your out and sells your property even without an eviction process this guy should live in his death traps thanks to his death trap my wife, and i almost succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning so please dont rent from this low down slumlord thief.

Paul Sieveking - Bad Tenant

Moved out after one week in Dallas without paying rent.  He moves from place to place doing contract work. 

Don’t rent to this guy.  BAD TENANT!  BAD!  BAD!

Once again I am having trouble with Cory Lancaster.  I gave him a 30 day notice and he takes me to court for an eviction!  It’s not enough to force me out by creating substandard living quarters, forcing me to live with stuck windows, no screens, roaches, broken cupboards, snow covered walkways, uneven stairs, and getting the neighbors to spy on me, NOW he decides he cannot trust me to leave when I said I would.  NO, Now he has to go to court to evict me AND sue for damages.

Yet all this time he says he cannot afford to make repairs, but he can waste money on an attorney, court fees, and sheriff’s fees. He even offered me a sick, twisted “SETTLEMENT”.  I owe him one months rent (which he refused to take btw) plus late fees of $70.  So his solution was for me to pay him the back rent (which he refused) by the middle of February and he won’t sue for the damages or late fee!!!  WTF?!?

THERE ARE NO DAMAGES BECAUSE THIS PLACE WAS A WRECK WHEN I MOVED IN!!!  This guy needs a reality check.

Do not rent from Cory Lancaster, or Corwin LLC the guy is a total ass**le!  And he is constantly breaking the law!

BEWARE - Sarah Theresa Flanagan Moulin

This woman is crazy and will destroy your property.  In addition....you’ll love this.....when it’s time to pay rent you will see a steady flow of vehicles occupied by a single male occupant frequent the property (you figure it out).  When I finally got her out, she decided it was a good idea to drive by the property and fire a gun at the property (that’s right...she shot up my property).
