BEWARE - Elizabeth A. Whitt

I had to evict this drunk.  Obviously, she did not pay rent and lived in filth.  She left the property a mess and left me with a bad German roach infestation.

BEWARE - Stephanie Wilson

I had to evict her and her husband Jason Wilson.  They did not pay rent, destroyed the property to the tune of $6,000+, let their animals urinate and defecate all throughout the home, and left me with a bad German roach infestation.

BEWARE - Jason Wilson

DO NOT EVER rent to Jason Wilson.  I had to evict this peice of trash.  He was another one of these tenants that allow his dogs and cats to defecate and urinate throughout the property.  In addition to causing about $6,000+ in damages, he also left me with a bad German roach infestation.

BEWARE - Amanda May Sue Varnak

DO NOT RENT to Amanda May Sue Varnak.  She will not pay her rent and left the property in a mess when I finally got her out.

BEWARE - Nathan Nate W. Bucholz

DO NOT RENT to Nathan “Nate” W. Bucholz.  He did not pay rent and destroyed the property.  He has dogs that he lets defecate anywhere they please.  I still to this day do not understand how somebody can live in the filth.  He is one of the laziest people I have ever met.
