Mary was an irritating tenant

Mary my irritating tenant was a big bother. She would never be in her place but would be up in my place. She used the sweetest words and used my TV because she did not have one. I let her watch for some days but then she started behaving as if it was her own house. She came whenever she wanted to and occupied the couch in front of my TV. I took the help of friends to chuck her out.

John was a very horrible tenant

John was a very horrible tenant, who always came up with excuses when it came to the payment of rents. He would say that his business was not doing well and asked for some time and fooled me every time. It is better not to have any tenant than wasting your time over someone like John.

A single tenant is always better

I think that it is better to keep a single tenant, like some serious student, who does not socialize much. I hate those who make my home a place for partying. My friend had a tenant named Adam, who failed very year in college but managed to bring in his friends everyday and they spilled packets of food, cans, bottles and lots of other stuff all around.

Tenants with kids are problematic

Tenants with kids can be a real menace. Jason moved in last month with his family, including two naughty kids. They completely destroyed my flower garden, which I love. When I complained, Jason only smiled and said that they were kids and how could he possibly control them! Rubbish.

My tenant Paul was chucked out by me

Make sure you find out about the background of your tenant. Paul was my tenant whom I thankfully chucked out last year. He would use water, as it was free. I could not regulate his usage and was forced to terminate the contract.
