BEWARE~Luke Sherrill, Jonathan Hubert Britton-Destroyed property-
Beware of these two men they destroyed my rental and lived with dog urine and feces everywhere in the house. They also abandoned a puppy for days in that mess no food or water! They wrecked the house ,owe utilities and lied about paying rent. You will regret it if you rent to them. They are unbelivably FILTHY. Lake Worth/West Palm beach area.

kelsy keppert and robert keppert (Do not rent )
The Keppert’s rented from us from January 2010 to June 2010, there first months rent and security deposit bounced and from then on they were late every month there after, when we asked why they were late they said they were living on SSI and there check came on the 3rd of every month and by the time we would receive the check in the mail it took a week for it to clear in the bank… so we received the rent 2 to 3 weeks late every month till it just stopped coming all together, they also broke the rental agreement by building stricture’s on the property and raising and breeding livestock on the property , and breeding the livestock in our home, no less without our permission. They also started a business in our home selling livestock. Which in my opinion is illegal when receiving SSI, food stamps ect… we had to proceed with evicting them, for non payment of the rent and damages to our property, they abandoned the property on the 3rd of June 2010, leaving a mess for up to clean up, when they moved in the oil and propane tanks were filled for them, when they left they were both empty, and there were mounds of garbage for us to pay to have removed. they also stole property from us as well, we hired an attorney to collect what was owed, we won in court and they repeatedly appealed and since we had to keep paying a lawyer and take time off from work, it became to expensive for us to continue this collection process. they do not work and since they are on SSI were granted a free attorney, they have nothing better to do with there free time but to keep going to court, no money out of there pockets to drag things out. the lawyers said they could drag this out for years… and we couldn’t afford to continue. Its a shame people like this can get away with such despicable behavior !!! we took a large financial loss.... we later found out they were evicted from the previous landlord and the one before, and now they are being evicted from there new landlord. I have put in a complaint with SSI and they are starting an investigation. We also put them on the bad tenant list as well. These people are professional gypsies and live off the system, and we need to stop them… i’am currently continuing my efforts to stop them from doing this to someone else .

Jessica Rodriguez tenant, Staten Island, NY - AVOID
Avoid this tenant! She had section 8 subsidized rental assistance and was suppose to pay a portion of the rent which she only did for the first 2 months. Because I had to sign a lease with the City/Section 8, I was stuck with her for 2 yrs! When I first rented to her it was only suppose to be her and her child - of course her boyfriend moved in and after they broke up another boyfriend moved in. When I finally had her evicted, she left a squatter in the house who had no idea he couldn’t live there.

Do Not Rent to Anthony Blair & Venus Daughtry, Staten Island, NY
They never paid rent in full or on time. They kept calling the buildings department to report they had no heat, but meanwhile they pay their own gas bill and control their own heat! When I finally had them served with eviction papers they moved out. However, they got away without paying rent for 3 MONTHS and left the house a mess! During this time the husband would threaten me to the point that I had to call the police.

Dear “Justice”:
You know who you really are and you’re not a landlord like you claim - that much is obvious beyond a doubt. You’ve been exposed and now you don’t like it. Does your last name begin with a “B” by any chance? I think it does.
Landlord talk with each other and we share stories about what we had to put up with when renting to you

Wow...I am sitting here and laughing on every lie that you are saying about the Bradys here. I have them as tenants, and have had no problems with them. I am also LMAO because when they came to me about horror stories about your building and tenants, I did some research and found that your building is not up to code and three of your tenants out of many use and deal drugs from your building. As for Mr. Brady...don’t you dare make any complaints against him. He is disabled and you knew this when you accepted him as a tenant. Mrs. Brady is a paralegal. She has shown me her degree. What is your excuse for being a low-life landlord? I wouldn’t pay you rent either if I lived in one of your apartments that had no heat, no working stove or oven. I was there back on October 27, 2010 when the Building Department came and took a look at their apartment. The walls were falling apart because you have water damage within the walls. Pinnacle88, please do not forget to mention that the reason why the Manchester District Court is telling you that you owe Mrs. Brady $16,000 is because of the poor living conditions of your building. Please do not forget that you have a lawsuit against you for Carbon Monoxide Poisioning. I would call you myself in the dead of night if tenants where partying loud and starting trouble. Its landlords like yourself that give good landlords like me a bad name and reputation. Why not own up to your mistakes and grow up!!!
