      <description>Mr. and Mrs. Loftis signed a purchase contract with a pre&#45;closing lease on my house in Arlington, TX in June of 2007. The lease started on July 1 of 2007, and was set to run through June 30 2008, with a closing date on or about July 1 2008. In mid&#45;February of 2008, they abandoned the house, shut off the utlities and failed to repaint the house interior to neutral colors. In March, they were 2 days late with the rent, and failed to pay the late late fees or turn the utilities back on. In April, they were 6 days late with their rent, did not pay their past&#45;due late fees or the current late fees for April, and they refused to turn the utilities back on. In May and June, they failed to pay any rent at all, told me their deposit (which was spent repainting and repairing the house) would serve as their only lease payment. Since then, they have threatened legal action every time I try to contact them to collect. DO NOT RENT TO THESE PEOPLE.</description>

      <description>Nick Sprague in Maine. Westbrook or Windham area. Gave this guy 1st months rent free with a few repairs that totaled about 100 dollars. Next months rent was to be 450 dollars. He gave me a security deposit. 2nd month he calls and says he cannot afford the rent and that his hours were cut back. We settled for 2nd month which was ok with me keeping the security deposite.


This guy runs the AC all the time, Even when it is in the 60;s at night. 


If anyone happens upon a Nick Sprague in southern Maine, be aware. He stated that he had a full time job and etc,.


Now, he takes full advantage of the utilities before he leaves.


This guy is a DEADBEAT, I know wonder why his wife or ex GF left him. On top of that, he has been smoking pot in my home.</description>

        My name is Joanie  i live with my parents Marvin  and Michelle   We all live in  White Lakes Mall mobile home churt for over 20 years and Mr Dan Hanrahan the owner of the mobile park is not keeping up with the maintaining of the mobile park it is a mess The corner of my drive way is cabein because of them working on water line they never fixs it riht top of that my grandma kay  and my mom brother todd  lives next door they dig two big holes big  for a person fall into they never full it up  with dirt so near the cars y grandma she is near 80 years old almost fall into it we have call Hanrahan he did not nothing about it  so todd my brother and my mom and her mom full it up with dirt them self we should not of had to do that and i know this for a fact i had the lift at night catical city taxi and yellow taxi does not like the conditions of the road they cant drive right there is pot holes big as a pool almost.&amp;nbsp; The   Entrance of the mobile churt is as bad u can think of it is bad there very    one time when they work on the high way thiing on 37th they have mess up our entrance they never  fixs it .&amp;nbsp; When that happen they block the entrance of the mobile churt  my mom call the fire chief have them unblock it because we cant get in the mobile churt at all and the other entrance got block and never unblock we only have one entrance now hard to get out with out think we get hit by a other person coming in the way they have it now.And top of that the drives ways that do not get use acress from me and my parents so we park the exta cars there will Dan hanrahan  dig up the drive ways so we cant use them so we have to  park in the street . the road is in so bad shape that we cant with out hitting a rock  we have had a problem with my parents new car took it in to ford have them look at it there parts on it had to be replace shocks strutts nufflers will this is for the 3 cars we had  but on the new car they  said that with the exta inc  that my parents it could of cost 2,000 with out it..</description>

There were also a number of other safety hazards throughout the apartment. When confronted with these problems, she thought she would just get rid of us and serve us a 60 day notice. This is known as Retaliation and isn&#8217;t allowed by the law, but we have neither the time or the money to take her to court. Renter Beware she is a piece of trash.</description>

      <description>Myrna Lopez and her family comes across as a desperate single mom trying to find a place for her and her daughters but while smiling to your face, she will ignore all the rules set forth in the lease. No Pets, means sneaking in a cat then a dog and then another dog so that they can bark all day and night and annoy your other tenants and neighbors. No washer or dryer means, let&#8217;s have someone install a dryer and use the gas that I pay for. Rent due on the 1st means she&#8217;ll pay you when she remembers to and/or give an excuse about some unfortunate incident every month on why she couldn&#8217;t pay on time. 

Due to her disregard of the rules, her lack of payment and the numerous complaints from my other tenant and neighbors, i was forced to ask her to leave and filed an eviction at the same time. Her &#8220;word&#8221; of moving at the end of the month, as i expected, turned into a 6 month rent free living for her. I was wise to file the eviction right away rather than take her word that she would move. My financial situation has worsened every month that she lives there for free. I had to sell my primary home at a loss in order to consolidate and move into the investment property that she is currently living in still. Now i have been told that she is not taking her garbage out but rather leaving it in front of my driveway to accumulate so that sanitation will give me tickets. What a loser! She and her family has NO class or respect for others. I am curious to see what the conditions are after the marshals enforce the eviction afer July 31st. DO NOT RENT to this person, do not fall for the &#8220;oh I&#8217;m a single parent&#8221; BS, She is a low class individual that has no regard for rules or respect. She deserves what ever hardships life brings. Don&#8217;t know what values she is teaching her teens but freeloading off of hard working landlords is one of them.</description>

      <description>Do not rent from this landlord.&amp;nbsp; He is crappy and will not repair anything.&amp;nbsp; He will come out and check your appliances, plumbling, etc and then tell you it is working fine.

My refrigerator has been broken for 9 days and he has not repaired it.&amp;nbsp; I cannot keep any  food except in the freezer.&amp;nbsp; He continues to say he checked it and it works.

I bought a thermometer and it reads 60 degrees.&amp;nbsp; My food has spoiled. He called me a nag and hung up on me and will not return my phone calls.</description>
