Jennifer Puleo

BEWARE!!! JENNIFER PULEO & JOSEPH BARCLAY will seem like very nice people when they come to rent your apartment. But within months they will stop paying rent, avoid you, and will try anything not to get evicted. They will even call the utility companies and fire department. After you get them evicted, they either take off (if your lucky) or destroy your property. You should NOT trust them!!!! You can go to the civil court house and see all the petitions against them, its free information.

Teri Shaw

Do not rent out a room to Teri Shaw.  Her married name is Shaw and not aware of her maiden name.  She constantly needed to be reminded to pay her rent, never cleaned up after herself, and had no respect for her neighbors.  She was also a heavy drinker and would leave a very nasty mess in the bathroom.  She is about 5’7”, weighs roughly 150, is about 42 years of age, and as of December 2011 drives a silver Dodge Dakota.  She was recently renting from me in Glendora, CA.

He would present happy and cheerful to being honery and creating stories of others. He phoned me while in the hospital for a surgical brain procedure reporting that there gang members in my home smoking and selling drugs. He’ harass each roommate in the house including our neighbors. I asked him to move which he finally has however not before the destruction of the bedroom and private bath and has not returned my keys. Hes now calling me to continue telling horrific stories of each roommate of the house. Isnt this harassment?

Petros Investments LLC are scammers, liars, and an all around bad property management company

harass tennants, accuse tennants of crimes that were never committed in order to obtain an illegal eviction. they lie in court when evicting a tennant to secure an eviction that would otherwise be thrown out.

Petros Investments LLC are the worst property managers I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. they have been harassing me and my husband since october 2011. october they tell us to move by november 1st then change their minds then november 30th they tell us to move by december 30th so we don’t pay rent because lets face it we are not going to pay rent if we have to move. so december 5th PRIOR to rent being considered late they give us a 3 day notice. that makes me even more sure of my decision not to pay rent. they proceed to file an eviction with the court and we had them over a barrel. we would have won that eviction if they hadn’t lied. they claimed there was criminal activity going on and accused me of prostitution. there was no criminal activity, I am not a prostitute and they know it. they only said it to secure an eviction that they surely would have lost. we would have still had to move because on a month to month lease they can ask us to move with 30 days notice and we have to go. but they should have lost the eviction. they are liars, they are predatory landlords, they need to go out of business. we had a paper trail a mile long on them and the judge was on our side until they pulled that false accusation of prostitution out of the air and the judge who is just as retarded as petros investments LLC went for it.
