How to maximize the return of your deposit that you have given to your landlord at the beginning of your lease.

hello,

If you want to finally lose body fat that just doesn’t seem to go away, no matter what you tried in the past, AND increase your energy level, AND reduce stress, AND wake up in the morning feeling completely refreshed…

If you wish you had a tight, strong body that “wows” your friends, gets noticed (particularly by that special someone), AND makes you ooze with self-confidence, AND above all, gives you the will-power to not only lose weight, but also keep it off..

hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii,

If you’re searching for a definitive and regularly updated list of the best CD rates currently available in the market, you’ve come to the right place. In the CD rate table below, I’ve compiled a list of the top nationally available certificate of deposit bank offers featuring the highest annual percentage yields (APY). While CD rates and certificate of deposit offers rise and fall with market interest changes, they tend to promote much higher interest rates of return than other forms of bank or credit union deposits, such as high yield savings or money market accounts. The trade off in order to enjoy the higher interest rates that CDs afford, is a certain degree of liquidity and access to your money. When you put your savings in a CD account, the money is momentarily locked up for the duration of an agreed upon fixed CD term period. In exchange, banks are willing to pay you a much higher interest rate for your savings than they’d otherwise compensate you for a regular savings account. Typically for certificate of deposits, the longer the CD term you are willing to lock yourself into, the higher the CD interest rate you will receive in return.

hi sir
These rates are a little deceptive due to how installment savings account work. With installment accounts, you don’t make a lump sum initial deposit. Instead you make equal monthly deposits during the term. So for the first month, you only earn interest on your first monthly installment.

Instead you make equal monthly deposits during the term. So for the first month, you only earn interest on your first monthly installment. The second month you earn interest on the first and second month installment, and this continues through the entire term of the installment savings account. So if you have a contract amount of $10,000 and a 12-month term, you’ll make 12 deposits of $813.30. As you can see, the high interest rate doesn’t help much early in the term since there’s not much of a balance.

If anyone has any knowledge of Real Estate law, please let me know as soon as possible. In February, I signed a 6 month lease at the Grand Venezia with private owners Brian and Wendy Stevens who live in CT. The realtor and owners mislead me in telling me the extent of the mold issues at the Grand Venezia in Clearwater. I was told that there were mold issues and they were planning to reseal the exterior of the building. I signed the lease and when I pulled up the building on March 1st, I was shocked as to the extent of the construction. The entire exterior walls were being removed, insulation is being pulled out and people living in building 2 were relocated to another building and the building is unhealthy with severe mold issues. I called the owners Brian and Wendy Stevens and reported the extent of the construction and would not be healthy or safe for me to move in. The owners told me that they would refund my deposit of $1,000 and a rent check of $850 which were both cashed 2 weeks prior to me moving. I have called the owners for the past 3 weeks, emails have been sent and no response. I have photos to show you what the place looks like. I was told that they will be moving construction to other buildings at Grand Venezia that have mold. What are my rights as a rentor and having my money returned for these reasons mentioned above. Can someone help me with this?

hello sir,

Creating a CD ladder can be a creative and simple way to take advantage of a traditionally safe investment product. By laddering your CDs, you can maximize your potential earnings and determine the frequency at which you’d like them available.
