last september due to rentovations to my old apartment my landlord asked the tenants in the building to move into some of his other buildings of just move into another unit in the building i choose an upstairs unit as time past i noticed a tenant that lives in the building next to the building i live in i would see him and all his buddys hanging in front of the building i said to myself long as thay keep it over there i will be fine

one hot July 2008 evening as the sunset he and his friends all of a sudden this guy jumps out of a van with a hand gun shoots all around the street then he starts to shoot at apartment buildings including mine thay jump in the car and drives off this continue 2 weeks later i was in bed tired from a hard days work about 11pm i hear something hitting the building i look out its these guys with this hand gun shooting again this is in hollywood calif and these guys are mexican nationals i called 911 it stopped the police could not catch them so thay still around these guys go around the street steal peoples batterys out of there cars shoot peoples car lights out and was harrassing some jewish guys that moved into the neighborhood
