Stephanie Florek, Rebekah Cornell, and Bradley Tucker rented a house from me since April 2009 up until October 2009 when I had to evict them due to nearly two months of unpaid rent. Upon inspecting the home, I discovered several thousand dollars in damages. The brand new carpet I had installed before they moved in is stained, has burn holes, cat urine, and feces ground into the carpet. The new paint is scratched up and filthy. There is fecal matter in the coat closet coating the walls and sliding doors. Someone kicked the garage door in and has broken one of the springs on the garage door. They left behind at least 3-4 truckloads of trash, some bagged, some loose litter, most of the bags are leaking foul smelling fluid onto the floor. They left trash all over the property. They never reported damages to me and instead tried to hide them. They put their cigarettes out on my garage floor and left butts all over the backyard and front yard. There are several holes in the walls, missing or broken switch coves, broken or missing closet doors. The house now has sugar ants and a severe fly problem and smells of cat urine and feces. They violated the rental agreement on SEVERAL occasions, including moving people in without my consent.
DO NOT RENT TO THESE PEOPLE! They have no idea how to take care of a rental house - nor do they care at all. I can provide full rental damage information, along with photographs of the property before they moved in and photographs after they moved out.

The owner of the property bullies tenants uses the law against the tenants so that way he fixes nothing there is multipule drug dealers sex offenders have lived there and complex gets in no trouble nasty people child abuse

DO NOT RENT TO.///ROYSTON PERCIVAL--THIS GENTLEMAN WILL HAVE EVERY EXCUSE TO PAY PARTIAL RENT ,,HE WILL PAY EVERY 2 WEEKS AND THEN WON'T EVEN PAY ALL,HE SAYS HE WILL PAY THE NEXT WEEK AND STILL LAG BEHIND..HE DID NOT EVEN TELL LANDLORD HE WAS MOVING AND ALSO HAD THE NERVE TO TAKE MY TELEVISION SET ..AND THEN SAY IT BELONGS TO HIM..HE OWES ME FOR THE 2 WEEKS HE WAS BEHIND AND LATE FEES..HE ALSO HARASSED THE 2 OTHER TENANTS AND MADE PASSES AT THEM,BUT THEY TURNED HIM DOWN AND THAT IS WHEN ALL THE PROBLEMS STARTED GETTING WORSE..NO ONE LIKES TO BE TURNED DOWN WHEN THEY THINK IN THERE MIND THEY HAVE ENOUGH TO GO AROUND.

Natividad and Johm Chun they never pay on time they owe 4000 dollars in back rent. I am in the process of
evicting them. I am not the only land lord they have stiff. They are the most nastiest people. They make so many excuses when it comes to the rent. They even ask me to co-sign a loan because there jeep got
repo. I have proof if any landloard want to see. Do not rent to them for your owe good.. Her son Robert Chun aka Bobby is a bully. We had to call the cops numerous
times. Please beware of them they are squatters and deadbeats.
