Vincent Dewey, Noemi Grijalva and Julia Dewey moved into my beautiful house in January 2009, after the 3rd month they started asking us to hold the checks to certain days before we could cash them.  Then their rent check for April 2009 was returned 2x’s by their bank, they gave us a check to cover April and May’s rent, which also was drawn against non sufficient funds.  We evicted them and when they moved out they said that they would pay us $200.00 per month until they had paid off the $4400.00+ that they owed us.  They have never made a payment, will not answer or return phone calls and do not answer letters.  We are now taking them to small claims court and refering their bounced check to the District Attorney.  DO NOT RENT TO THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE LIARS AND THEIVES.  SHE ALSO WAS FIRED FROM A JOB ON A GOVERNMENT BASE FOR STEALING MONEY AND BAGELS! LOSERS.

TAKING RENT MONEY IN CASH THEN CLAIMING PEOPLE DON’T PAY THEIR RENT - IS THAT HOW YOU CAN AFFORD TO DRIVE AROUND IN YOUR NEW JEEP?

USING MY RENT MONEY TO FILE FAKE EVICTION PAPERS BECAUSE YOU DIDN’T WANT TO GET SUED THEN NOT EVEN GOING TO COURT?  YOU SHOULD HAVE STOOD YOUR GROUND, IF SOMEONE OWED ME TWO MONTHS RENT LIKE YOU ASSHOLES CLAIMED, I WOULD HAVE SHOWED UP. BUT YOU KNEW IT WAS FALSE. IF LIE DETECTORS WERE ALLOWED IN COURT THE TWO OF YOU WOULD HAVE BEEN EXPOSED FOR THE LIARS THAT YOU ARE.

I HAD THE INSPECTORS COME OUT AND AFTER MONTHS OF NOT HEARING ANYTHING I FINALLY CALL AND THEY TELL ME THAT MY “CLAIM HAD NO MERIT”
THIS CITY IS A JOKE...KIDS ARE GETTING SICK EVERY DAY BECAUSE OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS WHO REFUSE TO MAINTAIN THEIR BUILDING AND THEY GET AWAY WITH IT. SICK.

I wrote lying landlord and would like to add I’m sure they would have horrible things to say about me that are not true............I have wonderful rental reffrences.
