The Owner here is a slumlord (204)

I used to live at these apartments at 1134 Central Street Corpus Christi, Texas 78418. I plug some thing in and the breaks blow and I go flip it back on and some thing else happens. The roof started leaking and I asked him to look at it and he said I will get to it when I can. The floor in the apartment is saging where you are afraid to walk on it because it is very week. There are holes in the walls out side the apartments. When you flush the toliet it backs up into the shower. He makes you pay for pluming work and any thing else you have done, The owners name is Roosevelt Martinez dont ever rent here.

Bulldog Apartments (956 Chapel St) New Haven, CT (201)

Landlord refused to fix broken elevator in four story building for six months, even going so far as to claim that he had contacted the elevator company when upon inquiry it was revealed that no such contacts were made. Elevator still often does not function. The stairwell which tenants were expected to use while the elevator remained in disrepair was kept without lighting, with major mold growth and smell, with unsafely wet stairs, and even was infested with pigeons and at one point even inhabited by a sleeping vagrant. Landlord further provided the building with broken washing machines, kept the building dirty with lights in disrepair, holes in walls in hallways, and without regular trash removal containers or spaces. Additionally, landlord refused to fix the security call box on the building and maintained a poor lock on the front entrance to the building, functionally speaking one that would not actually close when locked for days at a time (likely how the aforementioned vagrant entered the building). Pipes have actively been dripping in common spaces, causing further mildewing of the carpet floors. The building is neither safe nor healthy to inhabit.
