Tenant skipped out on last month’s payment and lied that he sent check.  Unauthorized use of my tractor (by letting young daughter play with it), broke it and left it for me to deal with.  Did not maintain yard - even though he had a landscape service, broke fireplace, glass chandelier, two doors, bathroom drawer unit, splashed God knows what on multiple walls and staining them, damaged driveway, multiple cats scratched up walls and also damaged hardwood floors.  Left a bunch of trash and household goods behind.  Deposit did not cover damages.  Post office unable to locate.

Deanna Muna lives in the Fresno - Clovis California area. She portrays herself as an upstanding tenant yet you soon find out she is deceitful as can be. Deanna Muna works for her parents at Central California Driving School so right there you can trust that you won’t get an honest employment report when you call to verify.  Yet when you try to serve eviction papers her mother swears she hasn’t seen her daughter for years.  She says she has 2 kids and yet 4 (almost adult) children were living there. She never paid her rent on time. Had to continually call her and leave a message (of course she never answered her phone or the door) When you do get the rent she sends her kids to drop it off.  She has her kids do all her dirty work. After the first three months of her 3 yr lease and begging for every payment, she finally stopped paying anything.  Biggest coward I ever met.  Finally had the Sheriff throw her out and she left our higher-end home in a pig sty.  This is a warning, Do not rent to Deanna Muna.

Loved us visited the house weekly we were renting driving us crazy at the end of the lease term asked us to renew our lease at a reduced rate we declined had the house cleaned put three thousand dollars worth of improvements into her property(pool heater and completed the security system which was misrepresented as protecting all windows) and when I asked for a walk thru at the end of our lease she could not meet me, that was my first inkling that she was dishonest,after thirty days came and went and no refund deposit of $5700 I sued and then she sent my attorney a list of absurd claims that her stereo intercom was not working, broken tile in the shower, ect. All complete misstatements, watch out I think she does this as part of her business plan this is a modern day gypsy so nauseating to know a thief first hand.

i live in an owner occupied home that i rent for 700 dollars...there is no living room only a kitchen and two bedrooms for me my mom and two kids. no washer dryer, no dishwasher and no cabinit doors.
she is always coming upstairs snooping when we are not home. says i cant have anyone even famikly over. she yells at my kids and my mom. she took the door off at the top oif the stairs and also the door knb . we have no privacy and she smokes pot downstairs which i hate. she is a mean snooping privacy invading and lying cheat. I am up to date in my rent.  i have never been a problem teant . she has threated to evict me herself. self help is illegal.. she is crazy and a liar
