I advise never to rent from these people. they have really cheap rent. That will be seen as an amazing oppurtunity for a first time renter or someone trying to same some money. I have rented from them for two years and had minor issues throughout the time renting from them. i chalked it it up to you get what you pay for. The apartment building is old, It has cracking walls. walls are painted over continusly showing a cracked wall. but that was a minor thing i have put up with during my time renting from them. Im my time i have friended other tenants that have lived there and since moved out. Three of the tenants that i have come to know have all been threatened with bieng taken to court some reasons seem rediculous. I can say I truelly never saw the day upon my move out that i too would be threatened and being told i would be taken to court. Ive done everything asked in my process to move out by January 31 2011. I have moved all my things out the weekend january 22 and 23 and had planned on my final day to do an overhaul cleanup but i know am not given that chance. I was called sunday night at 2:30am threatened and told i am not allowed back on the property as of that night. that would contradict my previous agreement with them and my plan to do a final cleanup and repair of the apartmemt. I had spoken with the manager joanna about if i wasnt able to get a scheduled time for a window repair that i would give her the cash to have it paid for when they came. i was threathed and told that i was my fault the toilet has overflown that night which a week prior i shut off the water to avoid any issues.

Do NOT rent from these people!  They come onto the rental property all the time without notice, not to fix things, but to talk about personal issues with tenants.  Seriously, they’ll just come in and knock on your bedroom door wondering who is with you.  There is NO privacy here.  And stay on their good side, because otherwise you aren’t allowed to have guests at all!  What right-minded adult wants to live like this?  On top of that, recently there has been a motorhome in the backyard, and they have a guy living in it who is there to maintain their marijuana plants for sale.  It’s not right that the seven paying tenants in the house have to deal with that guy and these new borderline-illegal business deals between him and the landlord.  This place is just super sketchy.  You can do better!

“Justice” is really someone named “JB” who along with his wife “MB” were evicted yet again for at least the 4th or 5th time from a Manchester, NH apartment for failure to pay, damage, and overall mayhem.  They obviously know nothing about Libel or they wouldn’t print the lies below which anyone with intelligence can quickly see are complete nonsense.  MANCHESTER LANDLORDS = DO NOT, EVER, EVER, EVER, RENT TO “JB OR HIS WIFE MB, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED”

walter chrzaszcz of manchester NH rents the worst death traps in the state, for starters faulty firing that sparks, mold throughout his buildings, a 3 foot sqaure hole in the bathroom, a stove that did not work,no heat during the cold months,you can talk til your blue in the face asking this slumlord to correct the safety issues and its just one excuse after another then when a tenant calls the building code enforcement team and he gets fined he sends you a letter stating he used your security deposit to pay the fine, he also locks you out of your apartment while your out and sells your property even without an eviction process this guy should live in his death traps thanks to his death trap my wife, and i almost succumbed to carbon monoxide poisoning so please dont rent from this low down slumlord thief.
