Welcome to TenantDispute!
Do you have a dispute? Bad Tenant or Bad Landlord, post your issues here so others can see the report.

TenantDispute® is a worldwide consumer reporting Web site and publication, by consumers, for consumers, to file and document complaints about tenant, landlord or individuals. While we encourage and even require authors to only file truthful reports, TenantDispute® does not guarantee that all reports are authentic or accurate. Be an educated consumer. Read what you can and make your decision based upon an examination of all available information.
Unlike the Better Business Bureau, TenantDispute® does not hide reports of satisfied complaints. ALL complaints remain public and unedited in order to create a working history on the company or individual in question.
TenantDispute® was started because of having experienced a deadbeat tenant that took advantage of our trust and good will. We hope that others will not fall victim to the same person. Learn from the mistakes of others - not your own. If you have tenant or Landlord problems, this is the place to vent and find out how to handle these problems.

Brian (aka Barry)) and Julie Bush Milwaukee WI (682)
Brian (aka Barry) & Julie Bush, Milwaukee WI: illegally withheld money from a security deposit for “cleaning” and “toilet repair” after Mr. Bush walked through with previous renter and stated that “everything looks good.” Landlords reported that toilet was “inoperable” which was a lie. Toilet was fully functioning when tenants vacated. Tenants also paid for one months rent after vacating. If there was a problem, the landlords could easily have notified past tenant to have the situation rectified since the party was technically still renting. Wisconsin State Law shows that a landlord cannot deduct fees for cleaning unless damage or neglect was the fault of the tenant. “Normal wear and tear” cannot be deducted from a security deposit. Mr. and Mrs. Bush have yet to comply with the law. They also took in new tenants before the end of the month (that was paid for by previous tenants), thus collecting double the rent for at least 7 to 10 days. Property is a single family home: 2462 Frederick Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53211
