Chicago IL, is an untrustworthy person that looks you in the face with a smile while trying to figure out how to take advantage of you. He’ll write you a rent check and stop payment. While renting our loft he damaged the flooring, paint, holes in doors, damaged lighting, and damaged garbage shute while throwing large items where maintance had to dismantle at the 7th floor level. Our drains were clogged with cigarette butts. Shower had rotted walls and floors from not using shower curtain. This person is evil and will take advantage of you. He actually teaches classes working at Numerix !
